    Old friends were hard to come by these days – even when some have vanished from her life or from this world – and it was a rarity to stumble across one who was near by. Ada; a pleasant company ( and a good partner for complicated missions, truthfully ), even though they had not known each other for more than a year. She remembered the birthday gift she had given her, sealed in a glass box back at the apartment, and she remembered their conversations that lasted more than an hour while they laid low. “I’ve been away f’ quite some time; important business across th’ world. I hope you’ve been well, Ada.” First time in a long time she referred somebody by their first name instead of their last name: the other woman was nothing more than a friend, after all. She earned it.

HAZEL GAZE BARELY FELL on the other woman, a flash of recognition surging through her. It was only the BRIEFEST of glances, but it was ALL Ada needed. A casual hand reached for the glistening glass on the table top, long lithe digits wrapping around it with ease, lifting it up where it caught the faint light and sparkled every so slightly. ❝   Look what the cat has dragged in. Here-- grab a chair and settle down for once.   ❞

     ada was always most observant — or rather, she possessed an unmatched intuition. now that the former spy            had settled down && had her own family, she’s unsure as to what extent of knowledge she has regarding                    the bio-terror front. because they were constantly working behind the scenes, scheming to conduct their next                                                     product which would serve in terrorizing the world.

THE FLOW OF information is endless. A non-stop process that ensured everyone competed to come first in the race, a race of which no one outcome was certain. A woman of HER caliber, Ada was a woman of MASTERFUL experience, her INTUITION, alongside her SKILL has ensured she ALWAYS came first in the race.

Having a child ADDED to the picture did NOT pose any changes. The two were NOT mutually exclusive after all. Although, reading through the several documents has become slightly MORE difficult with the presence of TINY fingers trying to click as many keys they can reach on the keyboard.
