I recently started replacing my coffee with tea cause I’m trying to weed out coffee just like I’ve weeded out cigarettes. Have been in the mood to not need all these vices. Plus heavy caffeine sometimes triggers my anxiety which triggers my depression and well it’s all down hill from there.

I found these teas right here in la and I’m really digging them they sell em all over at liquor stores they are supposed to help with stress and help calm your mind and body so you’re more present. Honestly maybe they are right cause these cbd teas have been a great way to start my mornings I’m a big fan I definitely want to recommend these to you but also take note this company has so many other great products to check out!

Just became obsessed with Trader Joe’s new cold pressed cucumber avocado smoothie it has a smooth blend of cucumbers avocados mangos and spinach purée in a blend of lime cherry and ginger juices

It really a great way to start the morning! 

The product is CREMO’s palo santo body wash from their reserve collection and retails about 9 dollars at target. It carry’s notes of Cardamom, dry papyrus and palo santo I actually burned some palo santo on the side and listened to some earthy meditation music for a full experience. Definitely a must have if you’re into the earthy vibes I’m definitely glad I found this wash !

I wanted to share one of my favorite body scrubs. I use to use Frank body regularly but then for some reason I just stopped. Going back to it wasn’t a hard decision and man oh man I have missed this glow and how soft my skin feels after just 6 minutes of use. My skin is my identity Hence all of my tattoos so having soft glowing exfoliated skin is a must for me and all my ink!
