More Smiling Critters Cartoon Head Canons
Please remember these are based on my interpretation of what a cartoon of the Smiling Critters Cartoon could be like and has nothing to do with the Bigger Body versions
Poe would love a specific game that's obviously a reference to Hollow Knight. Of course their favorite character would be the Grimm-like character for very obvious reasons (gothic theater nerds)
Halfway in the series, there would be an episode focusing on Baba where she thinks the only reason why she and the Nightmare Critters are friends is because they share a common love for messing with the Smiling Critters. By this point, the Nightmare Critters were starting to lose interest in being antagonistic with the Smiling Critters due to everything they've gone through together
It doesn't help that the Nightmare Critters are suddenly busy with something and her own thoughts spiral out of control. Though it turned out it was her birthday and they wanted to surprise her, but Baba was so worried about losing her friends that she completely forgot her own birthday
Rabie and Bubba were childhood friends that drifted apart due to conflicting morals. Although they do still clearly care for each other
Poe, Rabie, and Kicken have limited mobility in their hands/wings. Sometimes Kicken and Poe can be seen using their feet instead
Alister once accidentally used Catnap as a plushie while sleeping. They never spoke of it again
Icky once entered a contest against Kicken and felt so pressured to do well that he accidentally made a deal with a demon
Poe, like real ravens, can remember faces very well and usually how they feel about someone purely depends on what that person has done to them or their friends. It's why they've always been neutral towards the Smiling Critters before they started getting along more
Hoppy and Kicken would basically be like Rainbow Dash and Applejack where they are competitive with each other but still have fun. Although Hoppy is a little prone to cheating if she thinks Kicken is also cheating
The Nightmare Critters, as nasty as they are, do have limits to what they would do as bullies. Although some of them do still take things too far, particularly Simon
Because of how similar Ms Delight and her sisters are, there's a theory in the fan community that Ms Delight's sisters are actually her clones. Later on, the sisters would have their own distinct appearances, although the theory has been implied to be canon
Alister has trouble remembering names, usually using nicknames instead. These nicknames range to descriptions like Smartie and Scales or the animal the critters are like Puppy and Froggy
Rabie is 100% the type of critter who has a pet that looks very scrunkly
