Sev watched as the other man decided to get into the water. It took him a split second to wonder if he should get into the pool himself, but decided not to as he had no other clothes to change into. Being told to check out the pool was more of a spur of the moment thing that he was asked to do. “Oh yeah, they definitely can.” He replied before shaking his head in response to the man’s question. “Not at all. I’m just a couple of streets over. The shop is called Seventh Spirit.”

He is a little taken aback by the wordy response, as he only expected a simple yes or no. He’s not used to conversing with people. It’s clear on his face “Uh.. Not luxury” That’s his budget. A pause “But you gave me an idea, I’ll just ask my ex to let me crash” 

“Is that a good idea?” Was it any of his business? No. But crashing with an ex never sounded like a good plan.

“I left them in Iceland because they didn’t know how to take cute vacation pics.” 

“Yikes, pressure’s on. Guess I’ll have to practice before I can commit to travel... Should I send some over for review?”

“Morning swims are nice. I kind of miss having a place where I could do that, but I traded that for convenience and to be above my shop. I’m sure my dog would probably be the same way as your cat. He’s not really the water loving type.” He chuckled as he checked his watch. Where was his brother anyway. At the question, he responded with a shake of his head. “I don’t, actually. My brother just moved in a couple weeks ago and told me to check out the pool while he was on a business call.”

“There you are.” Milo said once he finally managed to snag a second alone with the man he’d been exchanging flirty looks with all day, ever since shortly after Milo arrived at Pip and Micha’s wedding.  “I hope I haven’t been reading this wrong all day but, any chance you want to get out of here? Make a graceful exit and go somewhere a little more uh…private?”

“Anyone wanna be my new travel buddy?” 

“May I ask what happened to the old one?”

“So… know anyone that’s looking for a roommate?” 

“I don’t, but I sometimes imagine what it would be like to have one. The only roommate I’ve ever had has been my cat, if we’re not counting my ex occasionally sleeping at my place. I can keep an eye out and see if any of my tenants are looking to sublet, though it would help knowing your budget since they are luxury apartments.”

“This kiosk girl at the mall said if I used her product, all the girls, including her, are going to be after me. Do you think straight guys actually fall for that?” 

“I imagine they would be more inclined to say that they don’t need the product to get girls. Or at least I know I would be.”

With his sister back in town, Seven was sure he’d have a bit more to do than normal. He sat on a lounge by the indoor pool of his brother’s building. It was nice. Not that he could complain – there was no pool for the apartment above his shop, so this was a welcome change from the public pool. When someone spoke to him he looked up from his phone as a tinge of embarrassment ran through him. “Oh, um. Yeah. It’s really nice.” He replied with a soft smile, wondering if the other was curious about what he was doing here.

“what do you recommend?” ace asked the person beside him at the bar. ace wasn’t too much of a drinker but he found himself drinking a bit more lately for personal reasons.

“Well, what do you like?” Angel asked, sliding right on over with his lips curving ever so slightly into a flirty smile. “Do you like fruity drinks? A beer guy? Or maybe you’re into stronger alcohol? Everyone’s taste is different.”
