I have now been daily driving linux as my main computer for a full year as of next thursday and the only thing I miss is foobar2000 running natively. I can get it to run but it's a bit overkill just to play some flac and mp3 files lmao. Thinking of doing a writeup soon of both painpoints and my absolute undying love for my computer being MY computer. Also escaping microsoft almost entirely has been wonderful. I don't even use vscode or github for programming anymore so I am completely out of their ecosystem except the rare times I am forced to use teams for an interview. I keep a Windows 11 install on its own drive and it pisses me off every single time I use it (which is like once every 3 months). Overall, I am incredibly happy with my decision to never look back.
