You have to burn it all down.
The old life. The old thoughts. The old standards. The careful plans, the quiet ambitions, the soft little identity you spent years protecting. None of it survives the transformation. You don’t get to keep the smart version of yourself and still end up looking like this.
That body wasn’t built by balance. It was built by obsession. By deciding that nothing else mattered more than the next pump, the next meal, the next load of pure, stupid hunger. Every plate. Every set. Every night spent aching and still wanting more. The head emptied out until the only things left rattling around in there were more muscle and more sex.
You have to destroy the parts of you that still care about being clever, being careful, being “enough” in the old way. Let them die. Let the guilt die with them. Let the fear of looking ridiculous die. What’s left is the only thing that was ever real: the need to get bigger, thicker, heavier, dumber. To become the kind of man whose entire existence is written in veins and sweat and the constant low thrum of wanting to fuck and be used and grow.
Then keep going until the mirror finally shows you something worth staring at.
