I’m also not sure this is an official poster but it refers to this still I found with Dakota Johnson from Luca’s ‘Suspiria’ that clearly takes up the symbolism of a bloody vagina (aka double scare for many men):

That is a fan made poster, and probably that Dakota still is fanmade too because I can’t find it in any official outlet. calm down and watch the movie and then criticize it…

Also if there will be more nudity/sex scenes in this movie than in CMBYN is because of the actors. Tilda and Dakota has both done total nudity in Luca’s films before, instead Armie and Timmy had a no full nudity (and probably other limits) contract.
