I’ve noticed in the past month or so that the anti-ace rhetoric has bled out from the main discourse and is now being reblogged in non-discourse circles and it’s really frustrating. I usually would only go into the discourse tags as a kind of emotional self-harm, but now there’s no way to easily escape it. I don’t want to unfollow all the people because a lot of them I’ve followed for years and some of them are even mutuals. I’ve tried to stay neutral in the discourse, but being ace my self, it’s difficult. I’m honestly just so tired of the discourse, but it feels like it’s only getting worse.
