-Ishgard: why would you build a city over a giant bottomless pit. We all know about breaking our knees jumping down the inn staircase to talk to Sid. The foundation isnt actually that bad, the brume is really where it looses marks, but I cant really blame them for that considering that part of the city is in a state of ruin.

-Eulmore: the city here with the least justification. I just included it because we canonically meet two people who fell or almost fell off it. Theres also a platform on the middle level with no protection

-Radz-at-han: really small railings, like not even lala height, which is awful for a city with so many male au ra. Theres also soooo many areas with unprotected drops, especially staircases. While this didnt factor into the ranking it does rain a lot, who knows how slippery all that decorative pavement gets

-Sharlayan: the staircase from the Nympaeum to the Rostra is so awful it single handedly put it on the list here. These falls are all like 20 viera high. You can just skip the staircase & jump directly off the ledges. There is nothing stopping you. A city of scholars does not good city planning make

-Tulyollal: THERES SO MANY GIANT FALLS!!! THIS IS NOT GOOD CITY PLANNING GULOOL JA!!!
