Best Thing: If you do your job as half as well as you should, everyone will love you. You're important every single battle and you get to shine.

Worst Thing: DPS options are very limited. If allies do their job well you won't have to heal as much and you're stuck doing a couple things over and over. Game is made for you to help with DPS so it's not like you can sit back and just heal anyways...
