hey can you believe that i just found this in my drafts while looking for a completely different draft. i’m sorry tilapia past me failed you. anyways you do go to A Realm in that one lv 95 quest that’s Fucked Up And Evil even though i think that’s generally accepted as an area of the silent expanse or something. kind of fucked up and crazy how the portal is identical to the realm of war portal tho. anyways i like the interpretation of the realm of darkness being like. completely empty. completely devoid of life. even though it doesn’t make for a very fun in game location i think there’s precedent of peoples being driven away from the silent expanse because of dernic influence so i could imagine the realm of darkness as something that has pushed out all life. and it’s NOT just cuz im a requiem reader.
