The mercenary noted the way his tail reacted and couldn’t help the way his traits lit up. Maybe… Perhaps just maybe… He bit onto his lower lip as he searched the ground with his foot and beamed brightly at the sight of a large stick. Sturdy enough if Keaton ever turned into his most animalistic form.

Laslow brushed off the dead blades of grass before waving the thick stick before him.

Taking note of the stick, he only had a vague idea of what Laslow might have been attempting to do. As far as he knew, Laslow didn’t need a walking stick, and the stick he had would be far too short for him anyways...

“Stop waving that stick around! You might hurt somebody.”

The only things left he could think about were... Either hitting him with a stick, or throwing the stick. But why would he throw the stick? Let alone hit him with it. Curious...
