Our last Prime Minister literally said “it’s not on our radar” when asked what was being done about all the missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls and our current one hasn’t done shit so pls pls boost this.

The last time I explained this to someone they seemed doubtful, took a Moment ,then said “I’d move to Australia then!” I then said “again, ur ignoring how Aboriginal ppl are treated.” 😑 Ppl just need to get over their cognitive dissonance and face the way their internalized colonial and imperial paradigms are a plague upon the world. There is no exotic land to run away to after settlers have destroyed everything. (Unless ur rich) In conclusion, own up to it shit and fuck the romanticism of parasitic consumption paired with escapism.
