#I can understand a little bit of French enough to guess at what things mean. There was this description in French on AF and I understood it.#Not perfectly but enough to get the idea of the character's bio.#And I'm trying to learn Mandarin so I'd maybe count that.#I can sort of figure out what some characters are About so I know some animals and when something is being described. Or past tense is used.

Anyway I've been really into thinking lately so I've kind of just not been on my blogs or chatting one on one as much.

#Turns out that sitting in nature‚ going outside‚ and (healthy) cleaning is really good for you.#I think I figured out mindfulness. I literally can't meditate like doctors told me to because I need to Move to clear my mind.#I was tending to the garden and sweeping the other day and realised. Oh. My mind is completely clear.#I started picking up litter too. Sometimes. It makes me feel good.#Started reading more philosophy and its making me feel more grounded in my thoughts on life.#I'm looking into different belief systems and figuring out how I feel about it. I've still not found the thing I like but it's refreshing.#I just feel really at ease right now. Which is kind of scary but also nice. You know?

Secondly: I'm tired of people discrediting opinions when you have OCD.#Your opinions aren't suddenly invalid because you have it. It can make it hard‚ yeah‚ obviously‚ but you know your opinions.#I'm starting to notice an air of ‘you disagree with me because you have [moral] OCD‚ which makes your thoughts invalid’.#Awesome. I'm sure being discredited because of something is so cool and awesome and makes people feel normal. Totally. (/sarcasm)#It isn't even posts that demand you reblog them or moral torture nexus. It's being disregarded when you point it out or simply exist with it #and how that just. is not conducive of a place that makes you feel welcome. Its so annoying.
