Not much changed other then hair and slight uniform changes.

before I start my rambling yes i know she's not a rival but here me out,

This characters wiki says they are mixed which they were bullied for most of their life and that they just wish to be accepted for being mixed. So what if senpai started hanging out with her and she shares that with him at some point during the week and he accepts that, and him being so kind to accept her for that when others didn't she get a big crush on him, reasonably.

I think it a good take for her to be a rival.

I didn't change her much other than the uniform and shaving part of her head cause I thought she would.

So I have some ideas about this rival considering I changed her to a student.

What I'm thinking for her is that she's a tutor and very "loose" (as gross as that is I don't know how else to vaguely describe it) and that's what happens during her tutoring session but the teachers don't know this. So once senpai gets wrapped up in her, cause he needs help studying since his grades are going down, yandere-chan can learn the dirty secret from info-chan, the dirty secret being what goes on during the tutoring session and then takes picture evidence of her and a different student, reports her to the counselor before she gets to do anything with senpai.

Most of the changes as you can tell are mostly with her outfit.

I gave her a actual nursing uniform with colors hat still match her og uniform, I think with these changes she look like an actual student nurse now that she is suppose to be in the game.
