Fairy Glen, Scotland~An unusual name for an unusual place. How do you think the fairy Glen of Scotland acquired its name?

If you find yourself waiting in line at Blarney Castle and you just can't be bothered to wait to kiss a rock, walk around the castle grounds. You will find this tree and other really great scenery.

The path is tricky to find. There are a lot of fallen trees around the trail that make it seem like your going the wrong direction or that the path is difficult. Keep going anyway. You will pass a field of very large rocks as you follow the stream up the hill. The path continues into the trees and from there it's a mildly steep climb. Short time to get to the top and worth while.
