I enjoy seeing all the blender posts for kdph, particularly the ones that explore the stigma of being a half demon, having patterns ect.
The alt Rumi and au swap posts got me to thinking. If they can swap canon vs alt realities, why not other fandoms entirely?
How would the girls (and Celine) react to a jinchuriki from Naruto? A human being, sacrificed to contain a demon with powers and strength on par with a natural disaster?
Or Naruto's situation - orphaned at birth, his parents deciding to seal the Ninetails into their newborn child? At least the other jinchuriki had a say - he didn't.
How about how Naruto grew up - mistreated, neglected if not sabotaged from what we see at the start of the series - living in his own apartment, with dirty clothes on the floor, subsisting off of cheap instant ramen?
Oh, oh how about when the Ninetails takes over- the skin and muscle burning away to reveal the demon within? And when Naruto snaps out of it, the exposed muscle and deep burns sustained all over his body?
Ooh that's a blender for sure!

I’m working on figuring out my hc’s for Celine’s family, but I can’t tell if she seems like an only child or someone with siblings.
Well, to me she seems like a character with two minutes of screen time /lightheartedly
There are, in fiction, an overabundance of only children, much as there are an overabundance of orphans: you’re telling me that not only do I have to make up The Character, I have to do add-ons too??
But Celine is an extremely lonely character—and (as I’ve said before) I think any siblings she might’ve had either suck or, by the time we meet her in canon, are dead—so, in her case, being an only child makes sense
However, she’s also highly family oriented, so her having a singling/siblings would also draw out some interesting elements—just off the top of my head, do you want her to be a leader and eldest daughter, because she’s always been the responsible one, or the baby of the family who struggles a bit with not being the maknae of the SLS for contrast?
One of my stances is that Celine’s family situation, whatever is was, had to be well and truly fucked. She’s the mom doing a C+ job of breaking the cycle of abuse, so it can’t start with her, yeah?
And if you choose to agree with me on that and you choose to give her siblings… be careful? I’ve seen a lot of people fail to understand the dynamics that siblings in abusive households have—which, much like any other familial relationship, are complex and varied—and it’s often very very frustrating. Weird niche to cling to but it’s mine
Sibling dynamics in general are great. Have you considered splitting the difference between only child and siblings and gone with "Age gap siblings"?
Let me tell you, there's nothing quite like knowing you're being raised by the same people but having a completely different childhood.
The oldest child who's old enough to realize their siblings are getting a parent with the patience and love they never had for them, not a true part of the sibling dynamic because you're so much older and at a different stage in your life from them (not to mention normally parentified).
The youngest child realizing they're an inconvenience, unplanned and barely tolerated, locked out of the sibling group because the dynamics have already been established and you're an add on.
You hit the nail on the head with your age gap comments. My family's like that. I always feel that my two sisters are much closer to each other than with me.
