hi

I cant put any of my thoughts into words it is very frustrating. Ive gotten a lot better at it but I will still take 30 minutes just to make a 3 sentence email. So many times i think of something to comment or post and after an hour or more i have to give up because i just can’t say what i think im trying to say. If you know me you have probably seen me avoid messaging or delete messages seemingly randomly and this is 90% of why i do those things it takes me a lot of effort to communicate and i feel like im always talking in word salad. Even writing this post gave me a headache. but i think it is important for me to share this because i feel like my behavior gives off the wrong impression to people a lot and because of that i feel entitled to explain everything about myself.
