Monday Meets!
Ā Worst experience? (WorldMUN)
It will have to be a toss up between making another delegate cry during committee (to be fair it was unintentional, she was not sticking to her countrys foreign policy and she was heckling me) or being placed in ECOFIN when I did not know a thing about economics!
Best experience?
All of it! But especially meeting the love of my life in ECOFIN! Seriously I did. We are still together a year later and I am moving to Canada at the end of the year to be with him after going to and fro doing the long distance thing. Also just meeting awesome people from all different corners of the world. It truly is a great experience.
Favourite place in the world
Melbourne.
I have been to most major cities, around the world ( the iconic- Paris, London New York, Rome, Berlin, Cairo, Oslo, Vancouver ect) and live aboard for nearly 4 years and I can honestly say Melbourne is the most dynamic, beautiful city in the world. I am very lucky to be able to call it home.
Youāre stuck on an island. You can take 5 things. What are they?
My boyfriend My ukulele My ipod A copy of Foreign Policy A box of mangoes (if there is a mango tree on said island then I would take Vector cereal)
Favourite hangout place in Melbourne
The Wesley Ann, Northcote
You can eat one thing for the rest of your life. What is it?
Aside from the two food items above I would say ice cream. Cookies and Cream to be exact.
How do you spend your free time?
I like yoga, playing ukulele and listening to records. I love hanging out with my family and friends, going to the beach and seeing gigs. Also trying to stay sane from the craziness of WorldMUN prep and studying International Relations by indulging in the occasional trashy mag!
Tattoos or Piercings?
Yes, I have tattoos and had piercings but took them out to look more āprofessionalā
