World Gallery Project aims at showing the value of contemporary photography through substitute means of exposure such as fanzines, street galleries etc. Its goal is to give the common people a chance to get to know contemporary artists and their work in the field of photography away from museums, white galleries or mainstream publications. WGP in the photography for the people! The first venture is "Guerilla" fanzine a printed issue that presents photographers from e.g. Chile, Poland and other parts of the world in a publication using halftone design which can be xeroxed and distributed in the cities all over the globe. OPEN CALL for GUERRILLA Photozine / CONVOCATORIA para GUERRILLA Fotozine

GUERRILLA Photozine is calling all photographers from Chile and other countries to send their work for be included in our 8th issue. Submitted work must be related to local/foreign duality as a concept or how they may affect individuals and their culture. Send up to 2 images, color or black and white, digitalized, 1000px the larger side, 150dpi resolution, JPG format, to [email protected]. Deadline is August 25, 2014. Final edition of the selected works will be posted for download in this website on august 27, 2014.

GUERRILLA Fotozine está llamando a todos los fotógrafos de Chile y otros países a enviar sus trabajos para ser incluidos en nuestra octava edición. El trabajo presentado debe estar relacionado con la dualidad local / extranjero como un concepto o cómo pueden afectar a las personas y su cultura. Envíe hasta 2 imágenes, color o blanco y negro, digitalizada, 1000px el lado más grande, 150 dpi de resolución, formato JPG, a [email protected]. La fecha límite es 25 de agosto 2014. La edición final con los trabajos seleccionados, será publicada para su descarga en este mismo sitio, el 27 de agosto de 2014.
