I think Hisuian Decidueye would be a good fit for you. Decidueye is based on Robin Hood who Jánošík has similarities to and that alone already makes Decidueye an obvious choice. Hisuian Decidueye fits a bit better though as its color scheme resembles Jánošík and its fighting type is probably the closest type to Jánošík's gun attacks. It gained its Hisuian form to adapt to harsh conditions which is also fitting for your qualities as a leader. It being an owl also reminds me a bit of Lufel

So that's why I think Hisuian Decidueye suits you. I'd like to know what Pokemon you have for me

That said ... I'm afraid my picks are less thought provoking ;;

Since you're pretty into illustration for Manga, I thought the Smeargle would be suiting ( plus the poketopia version is pretty cute)

Apart from that, the one that comes to mind is Mimikyu! They're ghost and fairy type ( which loosely reminds me of your persona's color scheme), along with their personality/story feeling similar... Plus, their special ability allows them to endure extra hits which I like to take as a sign of their strength character wise!
