Willow ⋆ she/her ⋆ mid 20s ⋆ lesbian ⋆ mutant

Her mutation, the ability to project phsyical sensations and emotions onto others, developed when she was nine years old. Her parents immediately disowned her and she ended up at Alkali Lake being experimented on by William Stryker. He turned her into a weapon by setting her all the nerves in her body to constantly send pain signals, using her mutation to project that pain onto anyone who came near. Many years later, during a raid on the base by the X-Men, Logan rescued Willow because he was the only one who could get near enough to her to sedate her and carry her out.

At the X-Mansion, Jean helped rehabilitate Willow and Charles taught her to control her mutation. She still experiences chronic pain as a result of the experimentation and uses a wheelchair. Willow took classes at the school to gain the education she missed as a child, and eventually became a teacher there. She grew very close with Logan, who adopted her as his daughter, and Rogue, who is her adopted sister. She is best friends with Charles, Jean, Illyana and Steven.

After being stuck inside the Alkali Lake base for most of her life, Willow loves to spend time out in nature and travelling with her family and friends. Logan gave her a Polaroid camera on their first road trip together and she now has several photo albums full of her memories.

My AU:

A combination of the two X-Men movie timelines and Moon Knight. Set in the 1970s at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. Willow, Rogue, Charles, Jean, Illyana and Steven are all in their mid 20s and Logan is in his 140s. They all live at the school and are teachers there as well as being X-Men.
