Yesterday I went to Krispy Kreme and they had a sign advertising cinnamon rolls but only on Sunday. When I got to the window, I mentioned that is be back today to get some. When I got there today, the order tacker said they were out so I ordered 3 donuts. When I got to the window the woman from the previous day was there. She took my card and handed me my donuts before closing the window and stepping away. They were really busy and understaffed (only the drive thru was open) so I thought she was grabbing the next order while charging my card. When she opened the window, she handed me my card with another box and before I could say anything she said, "I got you on your cinnamon rolls." I smiled and thanked her thinking she must have found 1 more.
