I do need to prioritize corresponding with family and applying to do a phd in China for fall 2026 above my appeal. Like these are my normal life things. Like in terms of what I need to prioritize given limited device access.

My consistent line is going to be that I can't work on the appeal given insufficient access to my devices; the hearing needs to be procedurally fair and therefore I need full access to my devices.

I don't think the board will uphold box a but they might uphold box b. It would be insane but no one would really give me shit for appealing an invol form decision. I'm not sure if the board would give me a second hearing. But I should be able to get to an interesting place with my application for temporary protection order. And wherever I don't get to, I think the board at that point would be able to do a hcca form b hearing ok. So couple more months. I just hope stuff is ok with ODSP and alex
