it  takes  a  minute  for  miles  to  realize  that  the  flowers  in  timmy’s  hands , jaw  dropping  in  surprise . “ are  those -— are  those  spring  crocus’ ? “ he  asks  in  awe , taking  them  from  timothy . the  flower  isn’t  something  you  can  just  find  and  yet  somehow  the  other  was  able  to  get  his  hands  on  them . “ where  did  you  find  these ? “ he  asks , brow  furrowing  for  a  moment . “ wait . how  did  you  know  these  were  my  favorite  flower ? “ he  asks  instead , lips  pursing  as  he  tries  to  think  back  on  when  he  could’ve  possibly  mentioned  his  favorite  flower  and  coming  up  with  a  blank . he’d  done  quite  a  few  q&a’s  over  the  last  six  years  so  it  wouldn’t  surprise  him  if  he’d  said  something  once . his  smile  turns  into  a  pout  though , lower  lip  jutting  out  as  he  looks  at  the  other  guiltily . “ these  may  not  survive  very  long . “ he  admits , smelling  the  flowers . “ i’m  the  god  of  death  in  the  dorm . the  guys  honestly  don’t  know  how  pig’s  survived  so  long  with  me  as  an  owner . “ he  says  softly . “ but  i’ll  do  my  best  to  keep  them  alive  as  long  as  possible ! thank  you  so  much ! “ he says  as  he  pulls  timmy  into  a  hug .

he’s  thankful  that  reese  goes  into  an  explanation  of  how  marking  works  and  for  the  first  time  he’s  actually  feeling  thankful  for  the  fact  that  his  wolf  will  take  over  in  the  moment . the  last  thing  he  wanted  to  do  was   somehow  mess  this  up . “ wait , i  don’t  want  you  to  feel  when  i’m  feeling  sad  or  anything ! “ he  said , frowning  slightly . “ you’re  only  allowed  to  feel  happy  feelings . “ he  pouted , though  he  knows  that  picking  and  choosing  isn’t  really  an  option . still , he  reached  up  to  squish  reese’s  cheeks  between  his  hands . “ only  happy  feelings . “ he  repeated , brows  furrowed  before  smiling  and  tilting  the  other’s  face  towards  him  to  kiss him .
