Wake Up Kyoto

Wake Up is an active global community of young practitioners, aged 18-35, inspired by the teachings of Zen Master and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh. We come together to practice mindfulness in order to take care of ourselves, nourish happiness and contribute to building a healthier and a more compassionate society. Kyoto Sangha

Let's practice mindfulness and living in the present moment together through sitting meditation and walking meditation. Once a week we can practice together and read some passages from TNH's books; ultimately we can find ways to strengthen our own practice together.
