A Stress Relief

You sit in life passing things by every second and we as a society do it all our lives, whether it's work, entertainment, love, new relationships, food choices ect. You never know what you can be passing by.

My morales I have set up are deteriorating and I'm the one responsible for it. I make Lina feel now as if she isn't safe and never had a place  to go. Ever since she saw me get my abusive mom away from her when she barged into my room, she felt as it would be done to her and now she has to live with it all it takes is one little wrong move one touch and your loved one becomes a serious problem for both of you now. :( I feel dead inside because our love is dead and she must too.

Lina is back and it's just irritating. What's irritating is this feeling of pure love an experienced person who wants the person who has qualities he can find in another women to stop treating him like he's dumb, or will be upset with honesty When in reality it will only give her what she truly wants a person who wants growth in their life.

I’ve been through many breakups, relationship breakups, friend breakups, and even family breakups. I want to turn my focus to relationship breakups, since I’ve had a fair share of great breakups in my opinion, and others were I had such a hard time knowing why its like this. It all boils down to how in touch with the original feelings you once had and the emotional struggle you go through with love. Now what does that mean, well when you are with someone you have an expectation at first where you set it is different, once you are past that part, and begin the journey we all call attachment associated with love.  In my breakups even at a young age I always made sure to keep the breakup thought along, to understand when or if that time comes, to handle it properly no harassing, no blowing up, leading our breakups to always be “If you aren't happy then I wouldn't want to see you sad so lets end things.” this would be after the upsetting things that led to it, always followed by closure. I was able to observe what looked toxic and bad, I didn't have parents, why? because they fought, because boyfriends were abusive, because my mom was abusive with her habits. It gave me the understanding that not everything is permanent and few things are permanent.  Best Advice.  When things get troubled depending on how much love took over those other feelings, in my opinion is relevant to how you handle the situation when it comes, Love is powerful. So if you ever find yourself struggling to let go of that loved one or you are into those same habits, the only thing you can do if you really love that person is  1. Stop your nonsense, and stop talking.  2.Think about your actions,  3. Get closure, Talk without fighting, exchange things, remember the good. 4. Don’t do anything but leave if you were cheated on. If you do this you will either do one of two things, forget move on and be happy,  Or Be happy and notice the right people that you could've had or who the real people are that you want in your life. You should feel happy that your old loved one is happy as well.

Ahhh surprisingly school is out and as I look back it was a great semester. Do to the events leading tot his semester I took a online schedule and two in school classes, to make more time for something else that I lost. But regardless of all the extra time I had I found my self bettering my health, finding more friends and experiencing old situations I haven't been custom too in awhile and remembering all my knowledge from them. This semester gave me the chance to really realize and remember how great and smart I lay out life, I'm emotional and love writing quotes and thinking about the true love I don't really see anymore. At the same time I am strong, smart and always setting my goals up for my future and weeks.  Always wake up loving yourself and if you aren't then change and make that happen. I have not in about 16 years and I’m 21 felt like that. If things are bad you need to change them it may be the hardest thing but you can do it.
