As much as I don't like the term "queer" in general, bisexual women are queer. They're bisexual. Even in a heterosexual relationship, the woman is still bisexual. It doesn't make the relationship queer, but it doesn't make the woman straight either. Just as being in a homosexual relationship doesn't make a bisexual woman lesbian, she's still bisexual.
