It's live streamed from a room in Daisy's bunker facility, made up to look like a classroom/lab setting, with a big blackboard that is crammed with tiny lettering and expansive diagrams and more than a few horny little doodles.
In front of that blackboard is Daisy, today's rather curvacious frame in a white lab-coat, a long pointer in-hand.
It begins with a lecture about artificial intelligence and artificial insemination and egg implantation. Technically speaking, you can't breed a robot as it's not alive and doesn't have any genetics to pass on. But, you can derive code copies from it's bespoke Operating System. What else you can do is develop an artificial womb and uteran setup, supply it with eggs and seed, and simply allow gestation.
There is a long segment where Daisy explains how these artificial organs work before they shed their coat and show their transparent chassis, zooming the camera in and using their pointer to point out the various bits and bobs that make it up. Due to the transparent coverings in the front and the bag, it's obvious Daisy is moving.
When the camera zooms out again, Daisy mounted on what appears to be a surgical bed, limbs spread wide as a massive high-tech dildo attached to an industrial-strength fuckmachine is lined up with the very well lubricated artificial cunt between their thighs.
The rest of the four hour stream is Daisy being brutally fucked into short-circuit after overload by a simple AI that won't stop flooding their incubation chamber with steaming-hot cum until every last egg is inseminated.
