Journal of a Dreamer

Look, I've been gone for a long while here. In fact, I've been dreading it. I know I was going to get back on here but it just never came.

I want to be active here again, but it's gonna take some time. The time in-between has been filled with dread and I want to fix that.

Please please please, if I had commissions on here that I haven't done, contact me, and let's work it out.

And on the other hand, I need to face my fears and start being on here. After since the Tumblrpocalyse, it's been particularly hard for me to just be on here or anywhere else.

The motivation was gone, two hard drives lost, my work gone and so much more. Now I am quite determined to just clear up everything, clean house.

All of my commissions who I haven't done so before will get updates to my newest style, and a couple will also get upgrades on shading and such.

I know I have years to catch up, but I'd rather do it now than never.

I have plans on this, but I'm afraid to keep this long, but if you want to know about my future of this blog and the rest, keep reading.

In the last few hours of this year, I'd like to reminisce of all the things that I've been through from the early days into the years of when things changed for the better.

A lot of hard struggles, a lot of things to let go, but also equal amounts of happiness and lessons learned.

Without all of those experiences, I wouldn't be me. To me of the past till this last moment, thanks. To all the people who I experienced, thanks. Maybe one day we’ll meet again.

Cheers for the next year, and hopefully it will be a prosperous decade!

You might start seeing some characters of mine redesigned and probably new ones as well!

One of the hardest things to do is to just start, and you know what? Catching yourself not doing so is a great way to start :D

My time since the last month was more of an emotional rollercoaster. It took me a while to actually recover because I felt like I’ve been hit by a huge roadblock. Add that with a general creative block.

Huge thanks to some of my friends who actually approached me and renewed my passion.

While I'm getting my bearings together, I'm starting to get a lot more happier. I cry a bit on how I've made major strides so far.

I hope with the dailies, I also get faster and perhaps create a style for many of my blogs AND a universe that I will start creating.
