hello! im a student of mr yang's this year and he's apparently won funniest teacher every year we've been here so my class kinda had expectations but he's not very funny in class ;--; is it because we're dumb HAHAHA i sit right in front of him and i've only managed to discern that he's really fricking sassy and that his eyebrow quirk is literally the definition of "I'm done".... but your blog seems to report otherwise! is there something we're doing wrong?

I haven’t been here in so long when was this asked I do hope you see this reply!! haha. really. i guess both sides just need time to warm up to each other - that was how it was for us, i think. ‘fricking sassy’ is a promising start! but oh goodness there really probably isn’t any correlation between your competency at math and the frequency of his jokes! if it counts for anything, my slowness at picking up math concepts meant he had more funny things to say about my work / more chances to drop me tumblr gems cos i saw him more often for consults. also he didn’t really say something bloggable every lesson, which is kinda reflected in the frequency of posts here :-) maybe he’s just tired. or something. give him chance leh (+ you’re probably not doing anything wrong?? haha. be kind)
