i binge mostly on days when i have a bad start, like if i eat something bad, or too much, or dont do anything productive all morning, i am very much more likely to binge

i wanna lose weight to look good. i dont think i look bad right now, but if i know one thing is gonna make me better then why wont i do that

on a more serious note , i think my biggest fear is probably looking disgusting and like i smell bad, i dont mind looking dead in a tim burton way, but its looking like ariana grande that i fear. no offence to her. also teeth loss and bad skin and basically just looking bad in general.

im 5’1, i guess im fine with my height, but i wish i was like 5’4 or something. not only do i think its more attractive but also it increases the b r so i could eat more without gaining.

weight: i think 53? i havent checked since my machine broke but i was 50 in august and ive been eatimg a lot so im around 53 ish right now
