Bucky: is a brainwashed assassin preserved by hydra

Jason: is brought back to life from the joker killing him, filled with hatred and fear

Bucky: does whatever hydra programs him to do, hydra using him as an assassin to wipe out everything that stands in their way

Jason: trained by the league of shadows post-revival, but follows his own path of crimefighting by taking over the underworld, but not before giving the joker a taste of his own medicine

Bucky: returns nearly to normal after Steve (MCU anyway)

Jason: is scarred for life, never recovering to the Jason he used to be, thinking that after trying so hard to be a Robin, he turned out to be "just another Robin" and is filled with hate

Bucky: becomes a badass with no self interest whatsoever when brainwashed

Jason: becomes a badass with his own agenda, seeking revenge and yet still retains his love for the man who replaced him
