So Six is obviously a product of a long line of very complicated men. Brilliant inventors and cruel masters, who passed down decades of eccentric robots and LOTS of absurd generational traits and trauma. He comes from a legacy of tragic romances, cosmic plots of mass destruction, and extremely quirky circumstances. All of this culminating in him having, what some may call, an EXTREMELY BIZZARE UPBRINGING.

Unlike his father, he was lucky enough to be raised by two loving parents who had a successful, healthy relationship (which makes them sort of an anomaly within the Walter family.) His father was equally bizarre, though definitely more of a family man than someone like Peter the first. He imparted the knowledge onto Six that, among with other ideas of questioning everything and tirelessly fighting against nature, love is both life's greatest mystery, and that once you have it, everything will make sense.

This pretty clearly had an impact on Peter's psychology, as it goes on to be an (assumedly) reoccurring theme in his dreams. I can only imagine this means that lesson installed a well intentioned, but slightly warped view of romantic love in Six's head. Especially considering the following sequence containing the woman in pink and his interactions with Lorene. Which leads me to my next point: Peter is clearly not well socialized. Based on, pretty much every instance of him we have, his very odd way of speaking, sense of humor, awkward nature and atypical interests, this is a pretty easy conclusion to come to. Despite the fact he had loving parents, that doesn't mean he was raised in a typical fashion. It's more than likely he was homeschooled, grew up around more robots and employees than actual peers, which I can't imagine would lead to any sort of normal development.

All this, without even mentioning the undeniably traumatic bullshit this guy has had to live through. He seems to frequently experience these sort of prophetic visions and dreams, most of them in some way cosmically horrifying, and has been having them since he was at least six years old. It's lead to brilliant innovation, but also I imagine lots of dread and sleepless nights. Then at the age of 27, around the time he took over the company, he became completely disfigured in a blue matter incident. This doesn't seem to bother him at all? He's making jokes about it not even a week later, but a lot of this shrugging off of trauma very well could be a coping mechanism tied to his slightly loose grip on reality. He could be completely psychologically fucked and I doubt he'd ever show it, which is maybe one of his most interesting facets to me. He is nigh impossible to analyze psychologically. I want to dissect his brain just to understand why exactly he's like that. I doubt I'd find an answer but THAT WONT STOP ME.

A few other things about him. He owns a giant cat the from eighth dimension, seemingly is supportive of lovely robot Rabbit's transition? Walks around the manor barefoot constantly, occasionally aura farms for no good reason, was a REALLY ugly baby (and stupid too but its okay he's cute I forgive him), wore a tie for Halloween the year of his accident, canonically was a tumblr user for a while, and we basically haven't heard from him in years despite the fact he's like, forty this year. All this being said, how could you NOT be obsessed with this guy. He's kind of everything to me. His theme song to me is Skeleton Appreciation Day by Will Wood, and I have an oc i ship with him but that'll never see the light of day (unless requested because I HAVE been brainrotting over them.) Drawing him is my favorite thing ever and I love him so so so so so so so much.
