Honestly I wanted to believe they were still together but from what I can I see that from people who think they are still together are very normal platonic behavior. Saying paige smiled means nothing when paige avoids azzi, like thats tangible behavior. Paige would be happy for azzi as a friend but if they were dating she would have say by her side, if she were dating she wouldnt care about being recorded, she didnt even record azzi at allstar. They been friends for so long that the relationship probably lost its spark/chemistry and they naturally fell back into friendship.
