More fun than the barrel of a shotgun

Instead of the Big Bad Wolf, they should make a Big Bad Dragon. It could be modeled after my life of wanting to constantly destroy everything in sight. 

That would probably be more accurate since I know from personal experience that not all wolves are big nor bad.

With all the “traveling” you used to do, and you haven’t been to Italy? [smiles and laughs] Then definitely Italy. I could try and find someone to watch Blizzard. I don’t think he would do well in a plane. [picks him up and snuggles him] 

I was more of a domestic employee than an international employee. *chuckles softly and gives Blizzard a scratch behind the ears* I agree, how about you find someone to watch him and I’ll make travel arrangements? I know that travel arrangements are not quite as spontaneous as you were going for but I’d feel better having them.

I suppose it would be more adventurous, my love. [giggles] How does Italy sound? Or even France? 

Well we did France on our honeymoon, so how about we try Italy? I’ve never been to Italy.

[shrugs and giggles] I didn’t get that far in the plan inside my head. Which option do you think will pose the most adventure? 

Well, if we drive we don’t need to bring our passports, but I suppose getting a couple new stamps would be more adventurous don’t you think?

[smiles and nods because she knows shes right] Well where is the fun in him not getting in the middle of it? [is kinda talking to Bryce but also talking to Blizzard who’s just chillin on the couch] What if we just go somewhere. Anywhere. A place we’ve never been. Take a trip. Something spontaneous. [laughs] Which we are two of the least spontaneous people which makes it even better. 

*raises an eyebrow with a small confused grin* I mean, yeah we could go on an adventure. What did you have in mind Lala? Drive until we get somewhere interesting? Go to the train station and hop on the first leaving train? Or go to the airport and pick a random flight?

Competent in writing in general, sunshine. I’m sure a lot of the people in her class have never written a thing in their life. You’ll do perfectly fine. Above all it will challenge you creatively and I think that’s good. [smiles before rolling her eyes] I wouldn’t dare step foot outside of that office before washing up so no need to worry. [sticks her tongue out at him] So what shall we do tonight since it seems like we both are free of responsibilities. [giggles]

I suppose you’re right, I do enjoy an intellectual challenge. *kisses her forehead before wrapping his arm around her waist* Well, we could go with our standard and watch a movie. Or we could play a board game and hope that blizzard stays out of the middle of it.

[closes her eyes, just holding onto him] Oh but I’m sure she’s extremely grateful that someone as competent as yourself will be in her class [smiles] And who knows, maybe it’ll make you wanna switch up your writing every now and then. [giggles, brushing her nose against his]

I wouldn’t say I’m competent in this field of writing Lala, after all it is only my first foray into the realm of script writing and it requires more dialogue and less description than I’m used to. But anything for a friend I guess. *kisses her forehead* *places one hand on her arm, and then makes a funny face* Please tell me you washed yourself after sticking your hands inside a pregnant zebra, I would hate for zebra fluid to ruin my favorite shirt. *gives her a small wink so she’s knows he’s teasing her*

So much better now that I am home with my loving husband. [smiles and wraps her arms around his neck kissing him softly] How was your day, sunshine?

*small smile and kisses her back before resting his forehead against hers* Well, Zo shanghaied me into signing up for the script writing class. I don’t need it but it looks interesting enough and I feel bad letting Zo down since I know Jack too well.

Oh yeah, that could sound rather morbid if one does not know the context. [smiles] She’s pregnant, so when we do their exams we have to things out internally as well as externally. 

Ah that makes sense and is far less severe than what I was first imagining. So, other than violating a pregnant zebra, how was your day Lala?

And what was wrong with the poor creature that required you to do this Lala?

That would be perfect! You’re a real lifesaver, y’know that? Okay, I’ll meet you at, what, like, threeish? In front of the thing?

Um yeah, can you define what the thing is that I’m meeting you in front of? Oh, my bad, I’m not very good at remembering the order of events that dictate social situations. I’m Bryce.

Oh my god really? Because I know I won’t if I fail this stupid Econ class again. I don’t understand how Econ figures into art history, but hey, whatever, I guess. Hey, do you have the notes from last week? I was sick. 

Um, yeah sure. I have the notes back at my apartment. Would you like to meet before the next class to get them?
