I'd like to think that Tony has stalker kink or a secretly voyeurism kink, from what we've seen he had a baby monitor protocol built in Peter suit, he'd spend time to observe Peter through his camera, had a partial code built in Karen that allows him to monitor Peter even more (some codes allows him to control Karen from afar to alternate Peter's action) that is so well hidden, he'd secretly had a list of people Peter often interact with and had a back ground check later on, he'd said to himself this is for protection but it would escalated further, so fast that he could barely stop. He'd start to install cameras in Peters bedroom, his bathroom, everywhere he goes, every corner of his patrol, he'd still said to himself he's being a mentor figure to Peter while secretly building a watch that could monitor his feelings. He gets alert at night signaling Peter rapid breathing and discomfort, he'd quickly open his cameras and jerk himself. He'd even built a new set of codes into Friday that connected to Karen that would pick up anytime Peter mentioned his name, he'd like to hear the kid talking about him and admiring him when he didn't even know his mentor sinful actions, he'd get drunk on Peter's innocence and his unknown about the constant watching, his personal drive would fill with timed record of Peter's shower, touching himself, kissing and humping on the IronMan teddy bear he got Peter on his bday, Tony would never tell Peter, he knows Peter loved him but something about watching Peter turned him on so much.
