Thick fucking skin doesn’t dilute the racism and vehement anti-blackness. Address it, name it for what is, actively combat it, and stop putting the onus on Black women to remedy the oppression they endure by racist fucking assholes.

Thick skin is for the rando on the street making rude comments that you’ll never see again. Bullies in educational & professional environments should never be tolerated. That presenter should have been read the riot act (by the teacher) & never welcomed back. Since he obviously didn’t, a complaint should be filed.
