Vietyum Day 9. Best meal we have had on the entire trip, my dish was tofu with lemongrass in a sweet chilli sauce. Dean got beef noodle soup. Unbelievable! Who could think tofu can have so much flavour? The noodles were so thin that they were transparent! The hole thing plus spring rolls, Pak Choy with mushrooms to share, drinks and coffee was about £9 in a restaurant in the old town (at Hội An)

Dean has found a new job. He is staying in Hoi An until the end of the season. What can I do? He makes a great banana seller.... Ps. This picture has no filters and yep, the colours of these streets are unreal. (at Hội An)

Vietyum Day 8. Stir fried vegetables have been my basic meal during all trip, so many ways to cook them and combine them... cannot wait to trying my personal versions. Ps. Raw garlic is quite the key for those meals and it's fab. (at Da Nang)
