Been awhile! Just wanted to let y’all know that I am shifting away from Dylan content.
I’m not sure if I’ll ever write DOB content again - I’ve been disappointed in his actions as of late regarding who he hangs around and his relationship with his brother.
I wish you all the best and completely understand if my new content (if/when it’s posted) isn’t for you! Sending all my love to you all 💘
Concept: Y/N and Dylan have been best friends for years, but Dylan has a girlfriend who is less than friendly and so incredibly annoying. Oh, and Y/N is secretly in love with Dylan.
Julia lived with her longterm girlfriend, Aly. They had this great place in the city that we all would gather monthly for a group party. It was the best way to get everyone to catch up for hours without paying out the ass for booze. Mikey and Olivia came over to my place before the big party to pregame, get ready, and force me to come. Olivia put me in black pants and the tiniest top she could find in my closet while Mikey handed me shot after shot. About two hours later, the three of us arrived at Julia's.
“Hey!” Aly cheered as she gave each of us a hug individually. “You look stunning!” Aly smiled as she held me a little tighter. “Kamille isn’t here yet.” She pulled away and watched as a weight lifted off my shoulders. I’ve never been so relieved to learn that Dylan wasn’t there. I smiled at the girl and then walked past her to the kitchen to get another drink. I’ve got enough time to be drunk enough to handle dealing with this girl.
I open their large fridge and pull out a can of whatever is closest and a couple of jello shots. I throw my head back and immediately suck three shots down before cracking open the can in my hands and closing the fridge. I turn and see a tall figure watching me with a smirk, making me jump just enough to spill some of my drink. “God! Why didn’t you say anything!” The man scoffed lightly, “I thought we weren’t talking right now.” I looked at him emotionless. “We aren’t.” Dylan rolls his eyes for a second, “I thought you’d be happy that Kamille isn’t here.” I turned to face him again after trying my best to leave the kitchen without any more words. “I am happy. I’m ecstatic, even! Because now I don’t have to worry about being fucking bullied for just existing!” Dylan scoffed angrily, “Get off your high horse, Y/N/N. She’s not that bad.” I put my drink down on the counter and walk closer to the man in front of me, “Yes, she is! Her entire existence is to hurt my feelings!” Both of our voices were rising more and more with each word. I could hear Julia turning the music up to give us some sort of privacy. “She’s got a good reason for it, Y/N.” I throw my hands up angrily, “Are you fucking serious?” Dylan mocks my actions. “What could possibly be a good enough reason to be a bitch?” Dylan moves closer to me again, “Because she’s jealous. She’s jealous of how close we are.” I shake my head back and forth, close enough to feel his breath on my face. “That’s a bullshit fucking reason, Dylan. She’s the one dating you, not me.” We were both breathing heavily and angrily, our eyes switching back and forth as we argued like we’ve never argued before. The silence should’ve helped us both calm down, but it didn’t. The only thing that changed any demeanor between the two of us in the present moment was the sudden leap Dylan took.
He pressed his lips against mine feverishly. His hand wrapped around the back of my neck as both my arms wrapped around his. His other hand found my waist followed by the first hand as he picked me up and sat me on the counter. His lips paced insatiably down my neck and chest. “Dylan-” I moaned as he hit every spot I wanted him to. “Wait- Dylan-” He continued moving around my body. His lips finally made their way back to my own and so did the thought I had before, “Wait.” He pulled away breathlessly. “What?” I looked at him for a second as I tried to catch my breath as well. “What the hell are we doing?” Dylan looked around for a moment, noting where each of his hands were, “Making out?” I shook my head, “No, no, Dylan. I mean, what the fuck is this? What about Kamille?” Dylan shrugged his shoulders, “I thought you hated Kamille.” He sighed as he began kissing my neck again. I pushed him back softly, “Dylan.” The man pulled away from me again with a tense look on his face. “Look, Y/N/N, there’s something I sort of left out about Kamille and I’s relationship.” I nod my head to urge him to continue. “We have an open relationship.” I furrow my eyebrows at the boy in between my legs - the one that I’ve been wanting in between my legs. He shrugs, “Basically, we can fuck whoever we want as long as we come home to each other at the end of the day.” Dylan smirks softly before eyeing my lips again and diving back in. At first, I let him graciously - not fully processing what he just said to me. Moments later, I moan his name again. “Dylan.” He smirks into my shoulder, “God, I love hearing you moan that.” I shook my head, “No, Dyl-” I sigh, pushing the boy back, “No. No, no, no.” Dylan looks back at me in confusion, “What?” I shake my head and hop down off the counter top. “I-I’m not just someone you can fuck. I’m your friend- your best friend…” I pause and shake my head before mumbling quietly, “Or at least I thought I was…”
Concept: You move to a new town and meet the local construction owner.
We drove down the dirt road in our baby blue LaSalle with a black overhead and big silver rims. The sun was shining down bright and happy in between fluffy clouds as they strolled through the air politely. We stop in front of a large, white house. A couple of other roadsters behind us stopped too. We packed up all of our favorite items and left the rest behind with the plan to buy new things. I sighed in relief, excited to get out of this car. I open the door carefully and step out. My brother, Vincent, immediately ran over to me and tried helping me out after the fact. My father, who was helping my brother and I move not too far from our old home, had some words of anger to share as he watched the whole ordeal happen. I sighed lightly to myself, wishing that he would just let me be. But he didn’t want a daughter who raised her voice or took care of herself. I did my best to ignore his hateful words while still responding enough that he thought I cared.
I walked up to the large, beautiful house and stared for a moment. This house was mine. And, sort of, Vincent’s, who would only be staying with me until I found an appropriate mate.
I begin to move to walk into the gorgeous piece of architecture when I once again get yelled at. “Y/F/N Y/M/N! Let Vincent in first! Remember your manners.” My father shouted from away. I turn to look at him and nod before stepping aside and letting Vincent in. The blonde man looks at me with a worrisome eye before nodding his head and stepping in.
Vincent was kind and loving towards me. He hated my father just as much as I did. But he had the unfortunate habit of forgetting his place and leaving me to get the fall back of his less than assertive nature. He stepped aside lightly to let me walk past him as I wandered the halls of my future. I was going to finally be free from the grip of an uncaring man. At least, until I was to be set up with whatever suitor my father inevitably finds for me.
I step up the freshly built staircase and walk around the upstairs joyously as the men who traveled with me carry my belongings in and place them where they see fit. There was one room at the end of the hallway that particularly intrigued my whimsy as its door was the only door that was closed. I waltz over carefully before swinging it open in cheer. That’s when I saw him.
I let out a loud scream before turning and closing the door and running back out of the house into my brother’s arms. “Grab the gun! There’s an intruder!” I shout while pointing to the house vigorously. My father scoffs as I cry out, waiting for me to calm down. Once I finally did, he spoke, “There is no such thing.” I shake my head with widened eyes and feel my heart begin to raise again - this time from anger. He takes a breath to begin a tangent - most likely about me being a troublesome liar - when the man I saw before pops out. I turn to look at the man quickly pointing my finger, “There he is!” The brunette man puts his hands up carefully and calmly, like he’s been through this before. He has the same look in my eyes - fear.
My father lets out a hearty laugh that is sudden and loud. We all snap our heads to the older man before he explains, “You stupid girl. That’s the contractor.” I change my face, it’s offended and confused. “He built the house, “Y/N/N.” Vincent says quietly from behind me. I turn to look at the man again, his face is soft and understanding. “Oh.” I say shortly. “Mr. Taylor, this is my ill-mannered daughter, Y/N.” Mr. Taylor nods his head slowly, smiling small with his brown eyes. My father moves to grab Vincent carefully, “And this is my son, Vincent. He’ll be the man of the house until we can find a suitor for Y/N.” Sam nods his head again, beginning to gain a look of discomfort. “Y/N, Sam will look after you when I’m away in the city for work.” Vincent says suddenly. I nod my head shortly, unsure of how I should act at this point. There was nothing I wanted less than to have my father yell at me again. Especially in front of the handsome man before me.
“Well, I’m sure you’re more than capable of handling things yourself, but I’ll be around if you need me.” He smiles softly as he tries to show that he does not feel the same way as the old man. “Nonsense. She’ll be with you whenever Vincent is not here. I don’t want her running around alone.” Sam nods his head uncomfortably. He clearly hasn’t learned how to talk to my father just yet. “I promise not to be a bother, Mr. Taylor.” I send him a polite smile while trying to please my father. “Please, call me Sam.” My father scoffs again, “Mr. Taylor, please do not teach my daughter improper manners. The only men she doesn’t have to address by their last name are me and my son.” Sam looked at him with wider eyes than before as he nodded his head carefully.
“Vincent, everything is inside where it needs to be. I must be getting back home to your mother.” Vincent nodded his head in response to my father before moving next to me so that we could watch my father and his helpers leave together. Once the only roadster in sight was our LaSalle, Vincent let his breath go. I turned to him carefully as he moved to sit on the steps of the house just in front of Mr. Taylor. The two sat down next to each other. I walked over carefully and stood quietly.
“Y/N, we should lay down some clear guidelines.” I nod my head at Vincent calmly, but I instantly feel fear. Was he going to be as ruthless as my father after all? “First thing, you can call Mr. Taylor, Sam. Just not around father. And you don’t have to be watched at all times, you’re a grown woman and it’s time you get treated as such.” I nodded my head carefully as I watched the two with furrowed eyebrows. Sam pulled his hand out and reached it out to shake my own. I grab it slowly. “Pleasure to meet you, Y/N.” I smile softly, maybe things are going to be okay here after all.

The sky was dim and cloudy, giving the appearance that it was about to rain - although, if you lived here you knew the little water droplets would never come. The air was empty and cold, too, leaving goose bumps on my arms like the crunch in a crunch bar. I push open the large doors to my modern apartment building and walk inside, letting the warm hit my skin aggressively. A few more steps in and I’m at the large, black elevators. I press the button until it turns red and wait for the elevator to come and take me back up to the eleventh floor. I finally hear a ding that indicates to me the elevator is about to open. Once the doors pry wide, I can see two people standing with each other and a cart to carry boxes. They both look exhausted - mentally and physically.
I furrow my eyebrows as I recognize who it is I’m staring at. He looks up just as the word falls out of my mouth with surprise, “Fred?” The lean man looks at me with a soft smile, his brown eyes growing lighter. “Y/N?” He moves past the cart to reach out to me. I graciously take his sign of happiness and engulf him into a long hug. The hug couldn’t have lasted for much longer than 30 seconds before an uncomfortable cough comes from the woman who stood next to him moments ago. “Karen, this is an old… friend from high school… Y/N. Y/N, this is my… wife, Karen.” He looks back at me with a particular expression that lets me know Karen has no clue who I actually was to him and probably shouldn’t ever know - an ex. I nod my head regardless, “Are you two helping someone move in?” Karen shakes her head, stepping forward with the cart and grabbing Fred’s hand. “No, we actually just moved in ourselves.” I nod and smile, “That’s great! Looks like we’re new neighbors, then.” Fred shifts for a moment, trying to contain his emotions. “What floor are you?” I look up from the floor at Karen’s words, “I live on eleven. Apartment G.” They both nod, “We’re on eleven too,” Fred smiles. I nod my head once more, holding my hand in the elevator so that it doesn’t leave without me. “I guess that means I’ll see you both around then.” They both smile politely as I wave my hand carefully and retreat into the elevator with a soft smile.
A short ride later and I’m walking to my apartment. I find myself wondering which one is his with each door I pass. I sigh to myself as I reach my door. I loved my apartment. It was gorgeous and I spent a lot of time, effort, and money to make this place the home it is now. But that didn’t change the heartbreak I suddenly felt all over again from when Fred and I broke up years ago. I remember it was right before we graduated college and we had both realized two very big things. 1, we were going to different places in life. 2, our whole relationship was based on drug use and merc. So, we mutually agreed to end things. He was ready for marriage and kids, rehab - I was ready to travel the world and make new experiences, never stop. Of course, I eventually did stop taking merc along with every other drug in the book except the occasional alcoholic beverage and caffeine, of course. I also traveled everywhere I wanted. I met new people, made new experiences, and became, honestly, a whole new person. But I became that person too late. Now, Fred is just the one who got away.
I set my purse down on the kitchen bar top for a second. I look at the white and black marble, tracing the lines to ease my mind. I shake my head and rub my face with my hands before moving to grab a bottle of wine and a glass and then head into the bathroom. I turn my tub on to let it fill up. I strip down from my clothes and long day and hop in after all the bubbles have puffed up; placing each step into the large white tub carefully. I take a big gulp from the bottle and slump into the tub deeper. Seeing Fred is both the best and worst thing to have happened to me today. I think seeing him has just confirmed that I still love him and I still want him - making it very bittersweet to see him in front of me.
I want him to look at me the way he used to. To hold my hand. To hold me when I’m sad. To touch me. I want him to touch me. I bit my lip as I cradled the glass of wine in my hands. A sigh released my mouth as I put the glass down on the side of the tub carefully. If I’m going to think about Fred this way, I might as well put it to good use… I slipped one hand down into the water and closed my eyes as I began rubbing circles, picturing his hand where mine is. His tongue entangled with my own. My hands wrapped up in his hair as he nips at my neck and breasts. The feeling of him growing quickly as our bath together gets more and more heated. The heat inside of me burns brighter and brighter until, suddenly, a knock bursts me out of my bubble.
I sigh in the tone of sexual frustration as I grab a nearby towel to dry myself off before throwing a robe on. I drain my tub, deciding that maybe bath time was not what I needed, and walk out into the living room. I place the more than half empty bottle of wine on the kitchen counter and carry my glass over to the front door.
The tall brunette is revealed from behind the door as I open it swiftly. I straighten up with wide eyes at the surprise of the man I craved. “Hi…” I speak breathlessly. Fred smiles, “Can I come in?” I nod my head kindly before moving out of the way and letting him take a seat on the couch. I walk back over to the kitchen and put my glass down next to the bottle. “Do you want a glass of wine?” Fred turns to watch me as I reach for another glass on the top shelf of the cabinets. He takes a moment to answer as he watches my robe lift higher and higher. “Uh, yeah, sure.” “Here you go.” I smile, handing him the glass before sitting down with mine in the chair diagonal to him. “So, what brings you here?” Fred kept his eyes on the glass swirling between his hands for a second longer before adjusting and looking at me. “You.” I tilt my head slightly in confusion, “I mean, I assumed that, Fred… But why?” He put his glass down on a coaster near him as he stood up and moved closer to me while still staying on the couch. “Y-you can’t tell Karen about us.” I furrow my eyebrows. Fred continues, “She can’t know about our past… about merc…” I nod my head, suddenly realizing what he was saying. “She doesn’t know?” Fred sighed as he shook his head. “Y/N/N, she doesn’t know anything up until she and I met…” I nod my head once more. “Okay…” I stand up slowly, grabbing my glass off the table and finishing it quickly. “Fred, this feels like a lot of lies to have with your wife.” I hear his footsteps come towards me slowly as the wine fills my glass once more tonight. He grabs the bottle out of my hand from behind me and spins me around to look at him. We haven’t been this physically close since the day we broke up. “You’re still so damn stunning.” I look at his eyes back and forth in disbelief. “You’re not supposed to compliment other girls when you’re married.” He nods his head, speaking softly before dipping his head closer to mine, “You’re not supposed to kiss them either…”

If you don't think that fanfic writers get attached to their commenters and repeat commenters... you're crazy.
There's people who comment on my stories, disappear for months at a time, then comment when they catch up and I almost always remember their tagnames. It means the WORLD to me as a writer to have people who comment both regularly and irregularly on my stories/oneshots/moodboards.
When you guys go away for a few weeks or months... we notice! We hope you're okay and just taking a break, and when you come back rested and excited to read more stories, we're so happy to have you back.
So yes, please comment on stories even if it's once in a blue moon. You're not annoying, you're not overbearing for multiple comments or being super excited. You're helping fuel a writer to keep writing just to see what you have to say next about the next chapter! You're doing the Lord's work with your comments!
Whether you leave a Russian novel in a comment, or just go "noice", like... it makes the writer brain go !!!!!!💞
Concept: Y/N and Dylan have been best friends for years, but Dylan has a girlfriend who is less than friendly and so incredibly annoying. Oh, and Y/N is secretly in love with Dylan.
The sky was a brilliant blue, the sun was raining down like a warm waterfall, and the clouds were floating along like fluffy pillows. The weather was just hot enough that I wasn’t shivering and cold enough that I wasn’t pouring sweat. I bent down slowly to greet a small puppy at my feet who was more than eager to say hello. “Sorry!” The girl yelped, “He’s just a baby and still doesn’t fully listen when told to come…” I shake my head, explaining that anytime a dog comes to me is a good time. The girl smiles back and lets me pet her dog a little longer before they both run off again.
“You better watch out petting new dogs around Tony,” A teasing voice says from behind me. I turn around with a smile and see the brunette and his terrier mix. I bend down again to greet Tony, the pup excitedly running over to me. “How long have you been here?” Dylan asks as he bends down to sit with Tony and I. I shrug my shoulders, “Not too long?” Dylan chuckles to himself figuring that I came earlier just to see the other dogs.
The two of us sit in dog park silence while we watch Tony excitedly interact with all the other dogs until one shrill, horrible voice pops out of nowhere, “Dyl!” We both jump slightly and turn towards the noise. I see the blonde figure and sigh before turning back to look at Tony. Dylan, conversely, gets up with a smile and gives the girl a hug. They greet each other the way a boyfriend and girlfriend typically do before Dylan moves to sit back down next to me. The girl huffs from behind, causing Dylan to turn and look at her, “What’s wrong?” Kamille, the girlfriend in question, sighs, “You’re sitting on the ground…” I roll my eyes dramatically. “We’re just sitting here in case a dog comes up or something.” Dylan still has a smile on his face. “That’s disgusting, Dylan.” I scoff quietly, but still loud enough that Dylan hears and shoots me a ‘shut up’ glare. I roll my eyes again as I stand up to move wherever the high maintenance girl wants to go. “You know what?” Dylan and I look over at the girl to hear her response. She sighs and presses a fake ass smile on her face, “Dyl and I can go to the picnic tables over there and Y/N can stay here and play with the dogs still.” I look at the blonde with blank eyes.
“Y/N/N? Is that okay?” He sounds nervous, knowing it isn’t okay, but not wanting to upset his girlfriend. “Actually, I was just leaving.” Dylan shoots wide eyes at me upon my response, “What? You just got here!” I shake my head, “No, Dylan, you just got here. Forty minutes after you were supposed to be here… alone.” The boy looks at me for a moment with apologetic eyes. “Get over yourself, Y/N. Dylan is a busy guy and I’m his favorite girl.” Kamille moved to grab the boy’s hand. I shake my head and roll my eyes before bending back down and grabbing my purse. I heard Dylan half-heartedly calling after me, but I figure there’s no use as long as Kamille is around.
A couple of blocks later, I make it to the brewery my friends and I frequent. There sat Julia, Dylan’s sister, and Mikey, a mutual friend of Julia and I’s. They noticed me almost instantly and greeted me with a smile and a wave to the waiter so that they could grab me a pint of my favorite. “Hey, cutie, how was the park?” Julia smiles. I sigh and slump into my chair, “Kamille showed up.” Mikey scoffed loudly, having to hear about my recent Dylan troubles and knowing that they all involved her. “When is this kid going to wake up and prioritize you?” Mikey flails around for a second, earning a look from Julia. “Watch it, that kid is still my little brother…” Mikey looks at the girl and slumps just a little bit. “That being said, what the fuck is he doing?” I shrugged my shoulders. The waiter comes and drops off my glass that’s filled to the absolute brim. “Do you need anything else?” He smiles. Julia and Mikey shake their heads, but I move to sit up, “Do you have any straws?” The two people at my table snap their heads towards me with open mouths. “Don’t give her a straw, she’s good. You can go, thank you.” Mikey says as he continues to look back and forth between me and the waiter. “Why do you want a straw? You don’t even like straws?” Julia asks with furrowed eyebrows. I sigh, “It's therapeutic… and helps me to drink things faster.” They both roll their eyes, feeling confident in the decision to not let me drink beer with a straw.
“Do you want me to talk to him?” Julia says after the straw situation calms down. “To the waiter?” Julia looks at me like I’m stupid for a moment, “Babe, no, I meant Dylan.” I look at her with realization before shaking my head, “I’m sorry. My head is just kinda somewhere else.” They both nod their heads slowly before Mikey gets a brilliant idea, “Let’s go out tonight!” Julia and I look at him with scrunched faces. “It’s Thursday…” Mikey waves his hands around, “So! We all don’t have real jobs. Let’s go out tonight!” Julia and I look at each other and nod our heads left and right, “Fine, let’s do it.” We each take a sip of beer before loosely planning out the evening. We decided to bar hop for a few hours and to invite a handful of other friends - Olivia, Logan, Sarah, Sam, David, and Matt.
Around 9:00 PM, we were all ready to meet up at bar number one. Some of us piled into a booth while others immediately hit the dance floor and another portion of the group was at the bar getting drinks. Regardless of where you were - if you were drunk or sober, smoking weed or tobacco - you were having fun. A couple of bars later, we were at our last destination. Everyone grouped together again excitedly to make sure everyone was okay. Shortly after that, we all went our separate ways again. It wasn’t until our song came on that everyone met on the dance floor. Everyone really was having a great time - even me.
By now, it was almost 1:00 AM and we were all about ready to go. That’s when the last two people I wanted to see showed up. Everyone ran over to the handsome boy and his horrible girlfriend. Well, everyone except me and Mikey. Of course, I wasn’t mad at anyone for going to say hi. I mean, the only people that know are Mikey and Jules, but she is related to the man. How could I be mad at her for wanting to see him?
Mikey pulled me into a half hug with a drunken smile. I looked up at him, feeling tipsy myself and smiled back. Before we knew it, our nice moment was immediately ruined by the sharp voice, “Oh, Y/N! You’re here…” Kamille says as nice as she possibly can. I turn to her and shoot her a closed mouth smile, nodding my head as the response. I move to look at Dylan who just looks upset. I move my eyes away from him and turn to Mikey, “Let’s go get some more drinks, yeah?” Mikey nods awkwardly as he scoots out the booth with me right behind him. Dylan moves Kamille to his other side and goes to grab my arm. I turn to look at his tightening grip on my arm and then back up at him with wide eyes. “Can we talk?” He says, searching my face with his gorgeous brown eyes. I nod my head, “Yeah, yeah, let’s talk soon. I gotta go get drinks with Mikey right now.” Dylan gives me a look to explain that that was not what he meant and he knows I know what he did mean. Regardless, I shake it off and continue my walk to the bar. I don’t know what he wants to talk about, but I do know that I don’t want to deal with it tonight.
Lucky for me, Mikey is just as uninterested in hanging out with Dylan and Kamille. So, we both decided to sneak out and text the group that Mikey threw up so we had to leave without a word. The group sent back their condolences and love and let us be.
I wake up the next morning with a pounding headache and a story’s worth of texts from Dylan. I scroll through the texts without reading, knowing that Dylan was most definitely upset with me and last night. So, I do what any rational human being would do. I ignore the problem and go get coffee.
The smell from the coffee shop floods its way out into the street, filling my nostrils with delicious happiness. I smile softly to myself, letting all my anxiety and worries about everything going on just melt away. The barista asks for my order and my name; I enthusiastically give her both before sitting down at a table nearby and pulling the book out of my purse. Moments later, I have my drink in my hand and a nice book to practice escapism with.
“Y/N?” I hear on the other side of my book. I sigh, why did I have to pick this cafe? “Hey, Dyl…” The boy looks at me with furrowed eyebrows before sitting across from me with his recently ordered drink. “I texted you…” I look at him and then look down at my phone for a second. Can’t really lie my way out of this one. I sigh, “I know.” He furrowed his eyebrows again. “Y/N, are you really this upset over me being late to the park?” I look at him with wide eyes, “No, no! I-I’m not mad at you.” He rolls his eyes, “If you’re not mad at me then why are you avoiding me.” I shrug my shoulders. Dylan shakes his head at my wordless answer, “Can you please just tell me, Y/N/N? Please.” I hear his begging words and feel my heart melt just a little bit. “Dylan… it’s Kamille.” Dylan looks at me blankly for a second. “You’ve been avoiding me constantly because Kamille wanted to sit on the park benches? Seriously?” His words are condescending and I can physically see him getting angry. I scoff, “No, I’ve been avoiding you because you spend all your time with your shitty girlfriend who puts me down every second she can.” I stand up quickly, slamming my book shut and onto the table. Dylan is still looking at me with angry eyes. “Kamille doesn’t do that, Y/N.” I scoff again, only much louder this time. “Yes she does! In fact, she does it to everyone! Just ask them! Julia thinks she’s an annoying piece of work too.” Dylan’s expression is slowly fading into sadness. I look at his soft eyes as I try to calm down. “You all don’t like her?” I nod my head, “None of us are really all that fond of her, but we put up with it because we love you.” Dylan shakes his head, “Okay, so-so you’ll stop avoiding me then?” I look at him carefully. I can feel my eyes get glossy as I shake my head, “Dylan, she intrudes on every single plan we have. I haven’t spent one on one time with you in months because of her - because you let her intrude on those plans.” His face turns apologetic, “You’re right, I-I’m so sorry. I’ll stop letting-” I cut him off, “I can’t keep doing this.”
“What?” There's a new sound to his voice. “As long as you’re dating her, I-I can’t be around you.” Dylan shakes his head in disbelief, “You can’t be serious.” I avoid eye contact with the boy as I grab my book and cup, “I’ll see you around, Dylan.”
Concept: College can change a lot of things. Some of those things might even be the status of your friendship. At least, that’s what happened with Stiles and Y/N.
A/N: Hello, beautiful humans! Thank you so much for supporting my work and this series. I never would’ve thought it would get the kind of support that it has. This really is incredible. Sadly, this is the final part of With Benefits though. If you liked this series, please checkout my master list and / leave a request for stories in my ask inbox! I can’t wait to write more for you all! <3
I open my eyes from underneath the covers and sigh at the sound of someone knocking on my door. I push the covers off of me and walk over sluggishly to look through my peephole. There stood a very impatient Scott McCall. I sigh again before holding my breath and opening the door. Scott looks at me for a second before pulling me into a big hug. Once he lets go, he sees my confusion and explains, “Stiles told us what happened.” I nod my head once. “I was pretty mad at you at first, especially because he got attacked, but I think I get why you did it.” Scott finally stops speaking to now see my mouth wide open in disgust. “He got attacked?” Scott looks at me with panicked eyes, realizing what he had just said. “Oh my gosh, no, no. I mean, yes. He did, but he didn’t get hurt or anything. He’s totally fine.” I nod my head in relief.
“So, why’d you come by?” Scott looks at me with a small smile, “I wanted to check in on you…” He looks at my facial features, studying my eyes carefully as he sees no physical change, but can hear my heart pound a little differently. “I also wanted to let you know that, well, I think you and Stiles would be really great together.” I sighed, shaking my head, “Yeah, I don’t think Stiles would agree with that.” Scott scoffs, “Y/N/N, if he didn’t agree, I wouldn’t be telling you that you guys should get together.” I look up at the boy for a moment, a smile threatening to creep up. I can almost feel all my sadness melt away just as I remember one big issue: Lydia likes Stiles.
“Scott, wait, Lydia…” Scott shakes his head, “I have a feeling that if you talk to her, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.” Scott nods once more before leaving my apartment all together. I take his words as a sign and run into the shower to get ready for the day. I throw on real clothes and grab my car keys and then head off to where Lydia and Malia are staying.
“Hey, Y/N!” Lydia says with a smile, pulling me into a hug and walking me into the living room of her apartment. I sit on the couch next to her and go to speak, but the strawberry blonde beats me to it. “I’m sorry about letting you know over text about Stiles and that girl… I may have overreacted a little to the situation.” I shake my head and hands back and forth, “No, no! Don’t be sorry! I actually wanted… Well, I wanted to talk to you about that.” I took a breath and looked at my fidgeting hands for a second before looking back at her. “That girl was… it was me.” Lydia looks at me with wide eyes. “Oh my God.” She breathes out. “I’m…” The girl takes another deep breath, building the suspense just before she yells at me.
“I’m the worst, I’m so sorry!” Lydia pulls me into a hug, “I can’t believe I was trying to take your boy away from you!” She lets me go and searches my face for a reaction, but all she sees is pure confusion. “You’re sorry?” She nods, “Yeah! I mean I didn’t realize Stiles was the guy you were sleeping with, but I definitely knew that you liked whoever it was.” I shake my head and speak out of astonishment, “What?” Lydia rolls her eyes at me, “Y/N/N, the way you would talk about your hookup was as if it was more than just sleeping together. I mean you very clearly wanted to be his girlfriend.” I shake my head in disbelief.
How did everyone know I liked Stiles before me?
Lydia pulls me from my thoughts loudly, “So, are you guys official now?” I shake my head, looking back at my hands, “No, I, uh, I actually sort of might have messed that up.” Lydia looks at me with furrowed brows as she shakes her head, “You know, I’m sure it’s not as bad as you think.” I nod my head slowly as I sit there for a while longer. Lydia helps ease some anxiety about the situation while I catch up with the friend I had been ignoring for about a week.
After my visit with Lydia, I walked myself over to Scott and Stiles’ apartment as calm as possible. I was able to stop my hands from shaking, but my breathing was erratically and my heart was ready to pound out of my chest.
I knocked on the white door and waited. No response. I knock again. No response. One more knock. And still no response.
I sigh and pull my phone out, calling Scott who immediately picks up. “Hey!” I look around for a second as his genuine excitement is more than confusing, “Hey, are you home?” Scott responds quickly, “Uh, no, no. I don’t think anyone is.” Scott sounds like he knows something more but he always has a tell on if he’s going to spill the beans or not. Unfortunately for me, he didn’t sound like he was going to share much more information than he already had.
I walk back to my apartment begrudgingly, trying to decide if I should just call Stiles or not. Maybe if he knows that I’m desperate to talk to him then he’ll be more interested to see me. Regardless, I walk up the steps that led to my apartment just before I unlock my front door and step inside. I’m instantly greeted by the sight and scent of what looks to be hundreds of flowers. I look around at each color and shape with wide eyes before letting the orbs land upon the eyes that belonged to the boy I was longing to see.
“Stiles?” He smiles back at me, holding a few of the flowers himself. “I didn’t know which ones were your favorite… So, I bought them all…” I chuckle lightly, moving towards him slowly while taking in the sight of the many bouquets. “You must have spent a fortune on this,” I say breathlessly. He shakes his head, “Who cares if they did their job.” I look up at him again with a. raised brow, “What job?” Stiles shrugs awkwardly like he’s about to say something cheesy, “To make you smile.” I feel my cheeks get hot instantly at it disgustingly romantic words as a new found smile finds its way to my lips. I continue to step closer and closer to the boy in front of me before I’m close enough that I can speak in a whisper.
“I’m so sorry, Stiles.” He looks at me with loving eyes, eyes that I wasn’t totally used to seeing on him until recently, “It’s okay… You’ve said worse to me before.” He laughed to himself, reminiscing on how much we disliked each other in the past.
“Stiles?” I say suddenly, a crack in my voice escaping because of the butterflies in my stomach. He hums back at me, “Mhmm?”
“I think I’m in love with you.” He blinks his eyes slowly, bending his head closer to mine, “I think I’m in love with you too.”

“What the fuck was that?” Stiles says, running into my apartment shortly after me. He has a smirk on his face. The silly boy was trying to lighten the mood, having no clue about what just happened.
“Go away, Stiles.” I groan angrily, leaving my face buried in my arms. Stiles finally catches onto what’s going on and comes over to me, wrapping his arms around me in a tight hug.
“Get off!” I shout, pushing him away aggressively. Stiles looks at my tear stained cheeks with a hurt expression. I ignore his eyes and move to look out the window I was sitting next to, wiping my face with my sleeve.
“Y/N/N, what’s going on?” I roll my eyes, looking at him with a smug expression. “Just go away. Go get the girl of your dreams.” Stiles furrows his eyebrows together in confusion. “What?” I feel myself progressively getting frustrated.
Frustrated at myself for hurting Lydia.
Frustrated that I fell for him when we said we wouldn’t.
Frustrated because he was going to pick her.
“Lydia! Go to Lydia!” Stiles looks at me blankly, not totally sure what was going on still. “She’s your dream girl isn’t she?” Stiles shrugs awkwardly. “Well, she likes you too. You both like each other. And, and we don’t like each other.” Stiles looks all over my face for a second, “We don’t?” I shake my head.
“That’s not true, Y/N.” I scoff bitterly at the boy, “Yes it is.” He shakes his head, looking down for a second and then moving closer to me. He bends on one knee and grabs my hand, “I like you and I think you like me, too.” I feel a few more tears roll down my cheek.
“Go to Lydia, Stiles.” What was I saying? “No, I’m gonna stay here. With you.” I push him off, “Go to Lydia.” Seriously, what the hell was I doing?
Stiles moves to grab both my arms and hold me again, but I don’t let him. “Y/N, please. Just let me hold you, you need it.” I scoff again, “I don’t need a hug and I especially don't need you.” He moves back, that hurt expression makes its way to his face again.
“Just go to Lydia, Stiles. Fall in love with her and leave me alone.” He shakes his head, still fighting for me for whatever reason.
“No." He shakes his head, trying to move closer to me again, "I want you and I know you want me to.” I shake my head, sniffling for a second, “No. I don’t” I pause. “I don’t like you Stiles. I-I hate you. I always have.” I speak through gritted teeth and tears. I think I’ve managed to hurt myself more than him somehow. And I don't even know why. Because I’m scared, maybe? I don't know what I have to be scared of though. If Lydia knew what was going on, what was really going on, she would step aside for me. Lydia isn't exactly known for holding onto a crush for a very long time anyways. And everyone would be ecstatic to hear that Stiles and I like each other, even if it is romantically... I mean, what am I doing?
Stiles moves to back away from me, having taken enough of an emotional beating for the day. He shakes his head and rubs his face. He was trying not to cry. I turn back towards the window, but I could still see his reflection.
I get out of my chair and face my body towards his. Stiles looks up from the ground to look me in the eyes. He steps closer to me, trying to pull me into a hug still. I, of course, stop him.
“Get out, Stiles.” He looks at me with the same hurt expression from before, “What?” I stand my ground, “Get out. Get out now.” He shakes his head, “Y/N, what’s going on?” I pull my chin up to stand tall and confident, “I don’t want to see you anymore. Get out.” He looks at me before the ground again, by now a small tear falling down his left cheek. He nods his head carefully before wiping his nose with his hand and walking out the door.
It has just gotten dark now, but Stiles was sure he couldn’t stay with me any longer today. He knew I was speaking out of anger and he knew I didn’t mean what I said. He’s a better human than I’ll ever be.
The boy shook his head thinking once more to our conversation before shoving his hands in his pockets and making his journey over to Scott and his’ apartment.
Just as he could see the building, something began rustling around near him. The boy stood frozen for a moment as he tried to address the situation. He was alone in the dark and human. So basically.. he was fucked.
Stiles took a deep breath as he calmly looked around at his surroundings. He saw where he thought he had heard the noises and then he saw a fairly thick stick close by his shoe. He looked around again before quickly grabbing the stick and holding it up like a baseball bat.
“Come at me!” The boy yelled, preparing himself for a potentially losing fight.
The creature took this as an opportunity and ran towards the boy briskly. Stiles swung the stick at the creature, wounding it just enough that he could run to the front door. The boy began pounding on the apartment door for Scott to come and let him.
Kira had answered the door quickly, rushing poor Stiles into the building while her and Scott went to temporarily take care of the danger.
When Scott got back to Stiles, he checked to see if his best friend was okay. Once Stiles has proven to Scott that he was perfectly fine, Scott was finally able to let himself get mad.
“She just kicked you out?” Stiles nodded. “When she knows the danger out there?” The boy nodded again. “Kicked you out!” Scott yells. Kira walks over to Stiles to be a bit more helpful that her wolf boyfriend. The girl urges the boy to walk off and cool down as she was pretty sure the only reason why he was so angry was because of his recent transformation.
“Are you okay?” Stiles nodded his head, “Physically, yes. Mentally, no.” Kira smiles shyly at the boy, urging him to continue. “Y/N/N said some pretty harsh things out of anger today. That hurt pretty bad, but I know I'll get over it..." He paused for a moment. "I-I’m scared that maybe she’s gonna convince herself she believes them.” Kira looks at the boy with slight confusion as she tries to piece this puzzle together. She's been given a lot of new information in a very short amount of time.
Kira takes a second to finish placing her pieces before catching a breath of air and speaking, “You guys weren’t just hooking up were you?“ Stiles shakes his head, “We were… at first.” He sighs, looking at his nervous hands.
“Now I think it-" He stops to sigh, not fully believing the words that are coming out of his mouth, "It might be something real.”

Concept: College can change a lot of things. Some of those things might even be the status of your friendship. At least, that’s what happened with Stiles and Y/N.
I woke up the next morning with Stiles snuggled up next to me and a pounding headache. I groan quietly to myself as I pull the sheets off my body and step out of bed. I walk into the bathroom and turn my shower on before stripping my pajamas off. I hop in carefully and let the water fall down my head like lava. I keep my eyes shut under the liquid for a little while until I hear the curtain open. I move to look at who it is and see Stiles standing there with a smirk.
“Can I join?” I twist my face into a smirk and pull him in. All that was on my mind was Lydia getting ready to confess her crush on Stiles and how I needed to get what I wanted out of him before he’s really gone.
Stiles stands in the shower with his arms draped around me and lips attached to my own. He was still in his pajama pants, pants that were now soaked. He moved to pull the cloth off of him along with his underwear, but he refused to remove his mouth from my own. I moaned into his mouth as he slid his fingers into me, earning a groan of pride from the man himself. Just as things were starting to heat up more, we heard a knock on the front door. We both pull away for a second before assuming it’s nothing.
This was proven wrong once we then heard the door open and close.
We pulled away again, both of us groaning in sexual frustration. “I’m gonna go check it out.” I pull Stiles back to me by his neck, “Or we could just keep doing what we’re doing…” Stiles looks me up and down, trying to decide if he wants to listen to me or not. “No, no, no. We can’t do anything if a wolf is here…” I sigh nodding my head and letting him leave again. Besides, it was probably Scott anyways. And if it is Scott then he’ll be in and out in no time.
Stiles wraps a towel around his waist before walking out into the living room angrily, “What do you want, Scotty? I’m kind of in the middle of getting laid- Lydia?” Stiles gasps at the appearance of the girl in front of him. “You-You’re- laid?” Stiles looks at her with just as wide eyes as Lydia before watching her walk out the door and slamming the door shut.
Stiles shakes his head, rubbing his face for a second, before heading back to the bathroom. He removes his towel and hops back into the shower with me. The boy immediately goes in for a kiss, but I stop him. “Who was it?” Stiles shrugs his shoulders, “It was just Lydia, I don’t know what she wanted though. She seemed shocked to see me in a towel, I don’t know.” Stiles goes to kiss me again, once again getting stopped. “What are you doing, Y/N?” He was clearly starting to get frustrated. “Stiles- I- We can’t do this right now.” I sigh, he looks at me with furrowed eyebrows, but nods his head. “Okay, yeah. Are you okay?” I nod my head slowly, unsure of how I really feel right now. Stiles steps out and begins drying himself off, still talking to me as I actually shower. He was worried. “Y/N/N, don’t say anything, okay? But, uh, I just want you to know that I really care about you now and I, well, I hope that if you aren’t actually okay that you’ll tell me. Because I’m here for you.” I smile to myself as I feel my heart swell and my stomach sort of ache.
I hurry up and finish showering before getting completely ready for the day - hair, makeup, new clothes. I walk out into the living room to see Stiles sitting in the kitchen with food he made for us to eat for lunch. I look over at him and smile sheepishly.
“Hey, Stiles?” I say suddenly. The boy looks up at me with a smile, taking his attention away from the book he was reading that I believe has to do with research for whatever the hell it is that is currently wreaking havoc in our lives. “What’s up?” I look down at my plate and twist the food for a second, “Can we go over to Scott and Kira’s? I need to talk to Scott.” Stiles furrows his eyebrows at me for a moment, but nods his head regardless. “Yeah, yeah, I actually wanted to talk to Scott too. And I have to ask Kira something.” I nod my head with a smile as he quickly gets up to get us out and to the other apartment.
Once we get there, the couple greets the two of us kindly. Stiles, taking the hints I had been dropping about wanting to talk to Scott alone, whisks Kira up to his room to talk to her about some of the stuff he’s found that has to do with kitsunes.
“What’s up, Y/N/N?” Scott asks softly, his eyes look concerned. I sit next to him and open my mouth to talk before immediately shutting it again. “Y/N?” Scott says, trying to push me to speak up again. “I- Something happened.” Scott looks at me with a new look of fear and confusion. “Go on…” I nod my head, “So…” I sigh for a second before deciding to just let it all out. That has to be better, right?
“Lydia likes Stiles, but Stiles is sleeping with me. And she came to tell him this morning but we were in the shower together because I figured I might as well go for it one last time before Stiles dumps me- I mean, our agreement for her. But I feel horrible that Lydia found out the way she did and I also hate that Lydia likes him. I mean why him? Stiles is-is- Stiles!" I stop and look at Scott who looks like I just read a whole book to him without a breath.
"That was... a lot..." Scott says after a few moments of processing. "Scott, I need help." He nods his head, looking over to the stairs that led to the boy we were talking about. "Look, Y/N/N, I could sit here and pretend like I can't smell it on you, but I'm just going to be blunt, okay?" I sigh and nod, letting the wolf continue. "I think you should look at the possibility that the reason why you're actually upset about Lydia liking Stiles is not because you don't like it, but because you want to be with him. I scoff, "Yeah right! Stiles is the worst." Scott rolls his eyes at me, "Y/N/N, the scent doesn't lie... You like him."
"Scotty! I think Kira and I found something major out." Stiles yells as he runs down the steps with Kira close behind. Little did he know, he was saving me from expressing my true feelings towards Stiles to Scott. Not that he needed a confession with that damn nostril of his.
Stiles and Scott began talking about the boy's findings while Kira and I sat out on the balcony to the boys' apartment. Usually when those two were on a tangent together, it was easiest to just let them brainstorm off of each other.
Kira and I both gasp at the text in front of us. "Oh my God..." Kira sighs, moving to text Lydia back. I shake my head slowly, letting it set in that she still doesn't know that that girl was me. The girls are all teaming up to figure out how to help Lydia, but Lydia is insisting she's fine.
Kira notices that I'm still just in a state of complete shock. "Y/N/N, are you okay?" I shake my head as a tear springs to my eye. "Kira, I'm a horrible friend." The girl moves to sit closer to me and hold my hand as I start to let a few tears fall out. "You're a great friend, Y/N. Don't say you aren't." I shake my head, "Kira, I-I-I'm the girl in the shower." Kira looks at me with her mouth to the floor. I shake my head again, standing up and walking into the room with Scott and Stiles who don't even notice me. I rush out the door back to my apartment, tears falling down my cheeks slowly, but surely.
I think I made a mistake.

“Why are you so dressed up?” Stiles speaks inquisitively behind me, making my body jump just a little. I turn on my heel, looking into the mirror just past Stiles’ shoulder and touching up my lipstick. “The girls are all going out tonight.” Stiles furrows his eyebrows together in a bit of confusion. “What about Scott’s rule?” I look at him for a second. The boy realizes my confusion quickly, “No one can be left alone… You’re getting ready to leave me alone.” I furrow my eyebrows together again, “Oh, duh,” I say, going to grab my purse, “Walk to Scott’s with me and hang out with the boyfriends then.” Stiles looks at me in mild disgust. “What?” I say annoyed. “I don’t want to ‘hang out with the boyfriends’, Y/N.” I roll my eyes, “Then stay here and get yelled at by Scott when he realizes you let me walk all alone in the dark.” The boy looks at me in a defeated pout as he moves to grab his wallet and keys.
“You know they’re gonna make fun of me now.” I turn to look at the drama queen walking next to me. “Why would they make fun of you for hanging out with them?” Stiles scoffs, “They’re gonna say I’m your boyfriend, Y/N/N.” I roll my eyes in response, effectively ending the conversation.
Only a few minutes later and we were at the boys’ apartment anyways. I went to knock on the door, but Stiles stopped me as he put his key in so that we could just walk in. Afterall, it was still technically his apartment.
We both walked in slowly, shouting out ‘hello’ and then going our separate ways. I went into the kitchen with all the other girls, grabbing the cans out of my purse and starting to pregame with the rest of them. Stiles landed somewhere in the living room, sitting with all the boys who were holding their girlfriends’ purses. “Hey, man.” Scott said with a smile as he threw a beer at Stiles to catch. The boy happily caught it and popped it open to take a drink immediately. “Didn’t realize you’d be here tonight,” Isaac smiled softly as Stiles took a seat next to him. Stiles groaned, “Yeah, me neither. Y/N/N told me last minute about girls night. Which is unusual for her, but whatever..” The guys looked at him in shock. It took Stiles a moment to realize this, but when he did, he said, “What?” Isaac and Scott looked at each other then back at Stiles. “It’s just… You called her Y/N/N unsarcastically and implied that you guys… communicate.” Scott nods along with Isaac’s words carefully. “Oh… I mean…” Stiles stops talking for a moment, not really sure what to say next. “I guess I just don’t… hate her as much anymore… I don’t know.” They continue to look at the boy with shock.
“Stiles, tell Isaac.” Scott says suddenly. Stiles looks over at him with wide eyes as he shakes his head. Scott scoffs, “Stiles, come on. Tell him!” The boys glare at each other as Isaac just stares back in confusion. “Can we maybe talk about this when the girls leave?” Stiles says suddenly. The two nod their heads and just in time as the five of us girls all walk into the living room to head out.
Each girlfriend kissed their boy and grabbed their purses. The rest of us were by the door, ready to leave. We all headed out quickly and into the car. Malia was driving since no matter how much she tried to drink, not a drop would be enough to get her drunk. We then headed off to a bar not too far away. It was a big dancing scene with a bar filled with fun drinks. Each of us got something at the bar before heading off to the dance floor.
After an hour or so, everyone was ready to just sit and chat. We all made our way to the outside tables so we could hear each other. At this point, everyone was on their sixth or seventh drink and more than tipsy.
We all checked our phones to make sure everything was still okay and then immediately began talking. The girlfriends complained about their boyfriends, but not without saying good things as well. Malia talked about her new boy, explaining that they had only been on one date, but she actually liked him a lot. I was pushed into briefly discussing my fling, but I quickly changed the subject when I realized I was too drunk to continue hiding Stiles and I’s secret. That’s when Lydia finally went.
The strawberry blonde took a deep breath before sighing heavily, “I don’t have any new boy things going on.” We all looked at her eagerly, hearing the ‘but’ before she could even say it. “But I have had this crush on someone for a while…” We all ooo’ed at the girl excitedly. “Who is it?” Allison smiled, elbowing her best friend playfully. Lydia looked at her fiddling hands nervously, something that was unusual for her confident self. “Well, it’s, um, it’s actually Stiles.” Lydia looks over at Malia quickly. Malia looks back at the girl with a smile, “Lydia! That’s so exciting!” Allison nods her head, “Scott told me Stiles used to have the biggest crush on you too, maybe he still does!” Kira nods her head excitedly, having heard the same information from her boyfriend. The girls turn to me next, waiting to see what I’d have to say. I look at them and take a deep breath as I force my lips into a realistic, closed mouth smile. “I’m happy for you, Lyd.” The girl smiles at me and at the rest of the group, satisfied with all of our responses.
“Hey, wait!” Allison says quickly. “Lydia, are you going to tell him how you feel?” Lydia looks at the girl with slight anxiety before nodding her head, “Fuck it. Yeah! I’ll tell him!” All the girls squeal excitedly at Lydia’s potential new romance, all of them except me.
Meanwhile, Stiles is back at his apartment explaining to Isaac that he and I are sleeping together and that we’ve been sleeping together for months. Isaac takes this news just about as well as expected - confused, excited, and inquisitive. The boys then spend the rest of their night talking about their sex lives now that Stiles can finally relate to them again.
About an hour after Lydia’s confession, the girls make their ways back to the apartment to pick up the boys. Lydia and Malia drop the three of us off so that they can go straight home. Allison runs in and hugs Isaac before whispering something into his ear that makes him want to leave quickly. Those two say goodbye without looking at any of us and then rush out the door. I grab Stiles up shortly after and we say our goodbyes as well.
“How was your night?” I don’t respond. “Y/N?” Stiles says a little louder, making me jump back to reality. “Huh?” I hum softly, letting the boy put his arm around my waist to prevent me from falling on the ground. “How was your night?” I look up at him, nodding my head, “It was fun.” He furrowed his eyebrows together softly. “Did something happen?” I shake my head as if I’m totally aloof to the situation. “No, no. I’m just tired.” Stiles nods his head, not fully believing me.
“Did you have a good night?” I slur. Stiles smiles at me for a moment, nodding his head. “Yeah, yeah I did.” I nodded in response. We both walked into my apartment in comfortable silence and then continued the silence as we got ready for bed. I was just about to walk into my bedroom and close my door, leaving Stiles to sleep on the couch as usual, when I stopped myself.
“Stiles?” I hummed. The boy looked over at me with a soft expression, “Yeah, Y/N/N?” I looked down at my feet for a second before looking him back in the eyes. It might be the end of our deal, the least I could do is get the most out of it before then, right? “Will you lay next to me tonight?”

A/N: I know this one is suuuper short, but I had to share it immediately.. enjoy!! <3
The dark haired boy slammed me into the wall, looking at me with lust in his eyes. I mirror his expression with each and every movement. He slid his shirt off urgently as I ripped my own off. The boy pawed at my bra for a moment before frustration took a turn for the worst and he snapped it apart. “Stiles!” I sigh, looking at the now broken bra. “I’ll buy you a new one.” He groans, moving his mouth to my neck and instantly making me forget about it all. I dropped my skirt down to my ankles, stepping out as Stiles removed his pants. The boy scooped me up and carried me over to the couch, making us both fall over the armrest. We both grunted at the sudden thud, but remained attached to one another.
“Waist Up,” Stiles growled as he tried to remove my underwear shortly after removing his own. I complied, loving how aggressive he was being right now. Stiles was only this dominant in bed after he had had a bad day. God, did I love when he has bad days…
Once he had succeeded in his task, he grabbed my legs again and pulled me forward, pushing himself into me. We both groaned in anticipated pleasure. His thrusts became harder and faster with every entrance. “Oh God!” I yelled, loving the way he filled me. Stiles kept his stare on me as I moaned and groaned in pleasure. “Say my name, baby.” He grunted. I smirked up as him, his hands holding my knees back to my chest as he moved me back and forth with each pump. “Stiles,” I moaned loudly. The boy pushed into me again, this time harder. “Stiles!” I say a little louder. Another slam, even harder. “Fuck, Stiles!” I yell even louder again, making the boy push in as hard as he possibly could. I squeezed my eyes shut from the pleasure, but he was quickly having none of that. “Open your eyes and look at me.” I pop my eyes open quickly, biting my lip as moans continue to escape out. His name making many more appearances. I continue to shut my eyes from the pleasure over and over, but each time the boy demands me to open them.
After many minutes of aggressive pumping and controlling demands, Stiles finally comes undone inside of me at the same time I do. He pulls out after a few finishing pumps and removes the condom before tying it up and throwing it in the trash can near me. Stiles lays on my bed with a loud thud. I turn on my side to look him up and down, still very much turned on by the boy. Especially with the way the sweat glistens on his body. It was genuinely taking everything in me to not jump back on him.
“No.” The boy says suddenly, still looking at the ceiling with his arm underneath his head. “I didn’t say anything.” I say innocently. He turns to me with an eye roll. “We’re not going again.” I copy his expression, turning onto my other side and swinging my legs over the side of the bed. I stand up and walk to the bathroom briskly. “You’re no fun with you’re in a mood.” I holler as I turn the shower on. The boy scoffs, getting out of bed and making his way towards me. Both of us are still very naked. “If you had it your way, I’d be pissed like this every day just so I could fuck you like that whenever you wanted.” I avoid eye contact from him, trying to keep him from seeing that that statement was fairly true.
I sigh after a few moments of silence, just before I step in the shower, “You know, I don’t actually want you to be upset all the time.” I pause as his eyes find their way to mine. They look stressed and confused. “I just wish you’d fuck me that well without the anger.” I close the curtain quickly and begin my shower, but not without a few teasing moments from Stiles as he flushed the empty toilet in the old building just to hear me screech at the water turning cold suddenly. “Fuck you!” I yell. “Maybe tomorrow.” The boy smirks devilishly.

I look down at the message on my phone for a brief moment, letting a smirk fall across my lips as I unlock the door to my apartment and walk in. On my couch sat Lydia, Kira, Malia, and Scott. They all turned to look at me with smiles on their faces, but I was too invested in responding to my hookup for the evening.
“Y/N!” Malia finally said, pulling me out of my thoughts and just about giving me a heart attack. “What the hell are you guys doing here?” I gasp, holding my phone to my chest. They chuckle together slightly. Lydia then speaks up, “Who are you texting?” She stands up and moves towards me to read the text of what she assumes is a new boy. “No one.” I sigh, shoving my phone in my pocket after turning it off and thanking God that I changed my password. Lydia gives me a know-it-all look before taking a deep breath, “Y/N, we know.” My eyes widened quickly. “You know?” She nods her head again, “Of course, we know! You’re only able to tolerate Stiles when you’re getting laid. It’s always been like that.” I furrow my brows together for a moment, trying to think if this was a true statement or not. That’s when it hit. Every single boyfriend I have ever had has been during times when we have a supernatural issue to deal with (minus my very first boyfriend pre-the pack). And everytime we have a supernatural issue, Stiles and I fight much less. “Oh.”
The group continues to keep their eager eyes on me as I come to my unpleasant realization. “So…” Lydia says, catching my attention again, “Who is he?” I look up at her from the ground, shaking my head slightly, “He’s no one.” I move to put my shoes in their spot by the door and my bag on the hook just above them. “Come on, Y/N/N, we waited all day to find out.” Malia whines. I roll my eyes. “He’s-he’s no one you know,” I say, finally gasping out a lie. The girls all turn to look at Scott for confirmation as Malia has difficulty determining the difference between lying and fear - things that smell and sound similar. Scott keeps his eye on me, throwing me a ‘you owe me’ look before turning to them, “She’s telling the truth.” They sigh, clearly hoping it was someone they knew. Although, we don’t know many people so that person would’ve either been Liam or Stiles. Two people I’m not entirely interested in dating…
“Well, can you at least tell us about him?” Kira shrugs hopefully. I look over at her and nod in defeat, moving to sit down on the couch with Scott and Kira. Lydia sits down in the chair she was sitting in before, one that was just left to my spot on the couch, and Malia moves to the floor excitedly as to form a circle. “I don’t really know where to start.” I say after a few moments of intense stares. “Just tell us about him.” Lydia smiles eagerly. I nod my head slowly and then begin, “Well, he’s taller than me.” They all nod with growing confused expressions, thinking I’d start with emotions and not a literal description of him. “Not much taller, but taller.” I look around at their faces and continue to see that I am clearly not giving them what they want. “Okay, so, personality things?” They all nod happily. I nod my head in response, beginning again, “He’s-he’s… He’s really brave.” I say suddenly. Nodding my head again, “And when his mouth isn’t ruining every word that comes out, he’s really sweet.” They all start perking up, liking what I’m saying much more and more with each word. By now, though, Scott is starting to notice my cheeks glow red and my lips pull into a smile. “The other day he actually noticed I was kind of cold so he gave me his jacket.” I look at my fiddling hands, pushing a strand of hair back behind my hair shortly after. “He’s also surprisingly good in bed. I mean he acts like he’d be awkward and wouldn’t know what he’s doing, but…” I pause for a moment, taking a deep and satisfied breath, “But he does.”
Malia moves in a little more, ready to ask a question that almost everyone was desperate to know, “Tongue or fingers?” I turn to her, opening my mouth to answer, when Scott immediately cuts me off. “And that’s my limit.” He jokes, standing up and holding his hand out for Kira. Kira grabs it with a smile and the two head out.
Not even a second after the couple has left, chatter starts up again. “Okay now that the loser is gone, I wanna know the answer.” Malia speaks quickly. I chuckle slightly, looking at the two girls in front of me. “I can confidently say, he’s equally amazing with both.” Malia claps with pride, “You did good, babe.” I smile at her with a tiny chuckle, Lydia coping me.
After a few seconds of silence, I stand up with a cop. “Alright, well, I hate to ask you guys to leave, but I’ve actually got plans with him tonight.” The two nod as they quickly get up with me and say their goodbyes. I then proceeded to spend the next hour eating dinner and getting ready for my plans. When 6:40 PM strolled around, I made my way out my door and to Scott and Stiles’ apartment. I knocked on the door a couple of times before it immediately opened. “Hey,” I smirk, moving to place my hands on his chest and get the show on the road, but Stiles stopped me, grabbing my worsts urgently and moving them down to my sides. “Everyone is here.” My eyes widen, “But I-” Stiles cuts me off quickly, “Don’t worry, I told them I texted you to come over ASAP for a pack meeting. They think that’s why you’re here.” I sigh in relief, thinking back to how I just told Lydia and Malia about my boy plans. We both walk into the room cautiously, no one really sure about why we’re all here… except for Scott, of course.
“Sorry about your plans, Y/N/N.” Lydia says with a sigh. Malia walks over to Stiles and I, “I still think they should’ve just let you go to your date.” I chuckle semi awkwardly, unsure of how this conversation was gonna go. “I would be pissed if I had to miss out on a sex with a guy who can use his hands and his tongue amazingly...” I feel my eyes widen at her words, knowing that Stiles just heard all of that. I watch her leave as I calmly turn to Stiles who is looking at me with a smirk. “Amazing?” I turn to him with an annoyed expression. “Shut the f-” Scott walks over carefully, interrupting me, “If you guys want to continue to keep this a secret, you should stop talking about it around the pack that has super hearing werewolves.” I sigh heavily, nodding my head for a second.
“Oh,” Scott begins again, “And FYI, Stiles explicitly told the guys that the girl he’s sleeping with right now is the best he’s ever had, so I don’t know why he’s being so cocky.” It’s like Stiles and I completely switched expressions because now he’s sporting wide eyes and I’m smirking at him. “Best you’ve ever had, huh?” I chuckle slightly, before walking into the living room with the others. Stiles following shortly after.
Once everyone is settled, Scott stands up to speak to us. “So, between how good things have been and things Deaton is hearing, there should be a new threat coming soon.” Stiles speaks up quickly, “Things will always balance out.” Scott nods, “Because of this I want to start some training and such. I think preparing our mental and physical states will help us out a lot.” We all nod in agreement, fear slightly creeping up within us all. It doesn’t matter how many bad guys you defeat, it’s always scary. “I think two person partnerships will be a great thing to start since the past few issues we’ve had here have ended up in someone getting lost or broken up from the group. I won’t let anyone else die. So, let’s pick teams.” Issac nods, “Why don’t we have all the couples partner up. That way no one is stuck with constantly dealing with a couple.” The singles of the group nod. “Great, then here are the current pairs: Issac and Allison, Corey and Mason, and Kira and I.” Everyone nods again as Liam starts talking, “Someone is going to have to be a group of three… I can go with Mason and Corey since I hang out with them all the time anyways.” Scott nods in agreement, “Okay, so Lydia, Malia, Y/N, and Stiles are left.” I pipe up quickly, “I can go with Lydia.” Scott looks over at me for a moment, “I-” Malia cuts him off quickly, “Or I can go with Y/N.” I look over at her with furrowed eyebrows before realizing what I had done, “Oh my God, right! Yes, yes, I’ll go with Malia. I won’t make her hang out with her ex.” We both nod happily, but Scott ruins that for a moment. “What I was going to say before someone cut me off,” Scott says as he shoots Malia a glare, “is that I actually think Y/N and Stiles should partner up. I think they both work together better than either wants to admit.” Stiles and I both clench our teeth, looking at Scott with unamusement. “So, Malia and Lydia will be together.” Scott says, looking at us both. We just shake our heads and cross our arms, throwing a mini temper tantrum, but it’s quickly ignored.
“Okay, here are your schedules and what each of you need to work on. Let’s meet daily to debrief and prepare together. I want to keep this up until we know what the threat is, then we can adjust and adapt the plan from there. For now, just focus on being with your buddy at any and all times.” We all nod, some of us happily and some of us begrudgingly. “Y/N, I want Stiles to stay at your place while we’re still figuring things out. He can help pay for your rent while Kira takes over Stiles’ half of our apartment. No one is to be alone if we can prevent it.” I look over at Scott angrily before turning to look at Stiles who is just as upset. Scott ignores the both of us again before pushing everyone out, back to their homes. Kira included, as she had to go back to her apartment with Lydia to pack her belongings. “Scott, you can’t be serious about Stiles moving in with me.” I say as he pushes the boy off to pack his stuff. “I don’t know why either of you are upset about this, honestly.” Stiles runs down the steps to his bedroom quickly, “Maybe because we don’t like each other.” I fail my arms over to the boy to physically express that I agree. Scott just continues to look at us as if we should be thankful. “Just go pack, Stiles.” The boy huffs out angrily before turning and heading back up the steps. “Scott, we’re going to kill each other.” Stiles comes running down again, “Kill each other!” Scott looks at the boy sternly, “Go pack.”
I sigh quickly, moving my hands up and down in one swift moment. Quickly, Stiles’ packed belongings all float down the steps and are placed gently by the door. “There. He’s packed.” The two look at me with shock. “You-you can do that?” I shrug my shoulders, “I can do just about anything. That doesn’t mean I let magic control my life. Especially around humans.” They look at me for a moment longer before shaking their heads and going back to bickering. I sigh and slam myself back on the couch just about accepting my defeat at this point.
“Stiles, I really don’t understand why you’re so upset about this.” Stiles looks at the wolf dumbfounded, “I don’t like her!” I roll my eyes, continuing to pick at the nail polish on my fingernails. “You can fuck her whenever you want now.” I look over at the boys and stand up defensively, “Hey!” They both look at me with anger in their eyes from the argument they’re having with each other. I huff at them both, just as upset, “I’m not a fucking toy, Scott.” His expression turns sheepish. “That being said, he’s kinda right.” Stiles looks at me with confusion, they both do. “Sleeping with each other is clearly great for our relationship and for the pack. And now we have a safe space that we freely do that in. It’s really not that bad.” Stiles looks at me carefully nodding. “But moving in with someone is a lot different than having a friends with benefits deal.” Scott perks up, “Friends?” Stiles and I both turn to him quickly, “It’s a figure of speech. And I’m not on your side with this still. You’re forcing us both into something we don’t want. I’m just trying to be positive about it.” Stiles looks at me with a new found calmness, nodding his head, “You’re right, I’m sorry.” I smile at him softly, appreciating the apology from him that, for once, felt genuine. “I’m sorry too, Y/N/N I-I didn’t mean it like that, I promise.” I turn to Scott softly, “I’m still mad at you for what you said, but I love you and you’re my brother.” He smiles at me softly, the guilt still spread all over his face.
Stiles, however, takes the new found calmness in the room as a hint to quit while we’re ahead, “Come on, Y/N. Let’s go to our new home.”

Concept : Y/N and Dylan get home and have to figure out what they want to do for the night.
The baby blue color turns the corner around the block and makes its way up into the driveway. Dylan opens the garage door and parks the jeep inside with ease before turning to me and smiling. He turns the jeep off and lets the garage door close with a loud thud before moving to leave the vehicle. I go to grab his arm to stop him from leaving for a moment. We sit inside the car for a couple of moments before he turns to look at me again. “So, what do you wanna do for the rest of the night?” The boy hums, probably anticipating me suggesting a movie. I just shrug my shoulders, staying silent before smirking to myself. Dylan catches this tiny change in structure, urging me to continue, “What?” I turn to him, biting my lip. Dylan looks at me, changing his face as if he knew what was on my mind.
I swing my legs over and straddle the boy in the driver's seat, moving to pull the seat back so that we have more room. He grabs my waist as he lets our lips meet eagerly. God, he is such a good kisser. I smile into the kiss before pulling back and taking my shirt off. Dylan licks his lips with hunger, moving to pull his shirt over his head as well. I swing back down and nip at his neck as he does the same to me. I can almost feel the hickey turning blue.
“I want you.” I moan, feeling the heat in my rise. Dylan smirks into my skin and continues to nip at my skin while moving his hands down and up my skirt. I hear him gasp. I pull back and smirk, “Hmm?” He looks up at me with a devilish smile, “No panties, huh?” I bite my lip again and smile. He just shakes his head, looking at me up and down and then goes to pull me back down. I hold him back, moving to undo his pants and pull his boxer briefs down his legs. We both watch carefully as he springs free. I grab his length and place it delicately in my mouth. I hear the boy groan at the touch of my tongue. I take this as permission to go deeper, letting him touch the back of my throat. It only takes so long before I can feel the boy’s hands wrap around my hair as he pushes my head down on himself. He hears me gag, but continues as he knows that if there was a real issue, I would stop him.
Dylan warns, “I need you to stop now so I can cum inside of you instead.” I pop my head up and look at him with big doe eyes. The boy grabs me up and throws me into the back seat before opening my legs wide and diving down deep. I feel him spell the alphabet on my clit with his tongue up until I feel the build. I claw my hands into his hair and pull. Dylan listens to my moans carefully, acting like he’s at a concert. “Fuck, baby, I’m close.” I hum shakily. Dylan smiles into my heat, feeling the wetness grow as I shake from pleasure.
He looks up from in between my legs and smirks again, the glimmer in his eyes filled with lust and pride. Dylan moves to get into the back the rest of the way. He sits up right in the seat enthusicatically as I move to straddle him again. I place myself on top of him quickly before bouncing up and down. Dylan places a hand on each side of my waist, helping me to pump. The garage ends up filling with the sounds of our grunts and moans until Dylan suddenly picks up his speed quickly. “I’m getting close, baby.” I look down at his eager eyes, nodding my head. He keeps pumping up and down fast and hard before finally letting go. We sit there carefully, trying to catch our breath.
And then we both laugh, “We should do that more often.”

Concept : Chicago in the 1950s - riddled with organized crime and mobsters. There were two main families - The Lafontaines and The Boyles. The Boyles were the most powerful family in Chicago, known and envied by everyone. They had deals with the police and with every business on their half. Most importantly, they had Y/F/N Taylor. Y/F/N was the only daughter of Maxwell Taylor - a very important business man in Chicago and New York, otherwise known as the key to winning over Chicago and ending the other mob family for good. The Taylors were very consistent in never steering too close to one side over the other. Mr. Taylor knew his place and liked being catered to by two sides of the organized crime trade.
There’s a loud, pounding knock on the door. Mr. Burling, the shop’s tailor, looked up, wiping his face for a moment before standing up and walking towards the door. He looks at the desk that is typically occupied by the young girl with the abusive, power hungry father. It was empty as it always is after 5:00 PM. He smiled slightly, reminiscing on the kindness she brought to the shop once her father let her have a piece of his monarchy. Burling peeked through the window to see Richie wrapped around Francis. He opened the door quickly and let the two angry mobsters in.
“Get him on a table! He’s been shot!” Francis says, pulling the boy covered in blood into the backroom. Francis swings the boy on the table with the help of Mr. Burling, but not without the shouts of an increasingly angry Richie. “Sir, he needs a doctor.” Burling says upon examining the boy. Francis shakes his head, “Fuck no. There are a thousand blue boys outside. We have to stay here.” Burling shook his head, holding pressure on Richie’s body. “He’s losing too much blood and there is no way to tell if there is internal bleeding or not. Master Richie needs a doctor. The wound needs to be sealed.” Francis shakes his head again. “Sew him up.” Burling looks at the boy with shock. “I can’t” Francis pulls his gun out and cocks it back, pointing it at Burling. “You’ve got a needle and thread. Sew him up,” Burling shakes his head softly, knowing this can’t be a good idea. He gets Francis to grab the cloth and apply pressure as he goes and grabs a needle, thread, and a bottle of whiskey to sterilize the wound and needle with. Francis continues to hold the gun onto the older man.
“Fuck no. Get the fuck away from me.” Richie says as he watches Burling pour the liquor on the needle. Burling ignores the boy, pouring the alcohol on his wound next. “Fuck!” Richie shouts loudly. Francis grabs the boy and holds his mouth shut for a moment, shushing the young man. Burling looks at the situation with worried eyes, still in belief that this is a bad idea. “Let’s go!” Francis shouts at the older man, swinging the gun up and down. Burling nods his head softly, preparing to put the needle in as Richie protests. Just as the needle is about to pierce Richie’s skin, Y/N walks in.
“What the hell is going on in here?” She says from the other room, looking at all the blood on the floor. “Miss Taylor, I suggest you stay-” Y/N cuts Burling off, “Oh my God!” She walks over to Richie’s side, taking Francis’ spot to hold pressure on his wound. He looks over at her with a soft smile. “What did you do?” She scolds. “He got shot because he was too fucking slow.” Francis speaks, still pointing a gun at Burling . “Francis, I suggest you put that gun down.” He scoffs at her, “Not until he sews Richie shut.” The girl looks at Richie, who looks pissed, before looking back at Francis. “Put the gun down and he will.” Francis rolls his eyes, “Why don’t you act like a good girl and shut the fuck up, Y/N.” Richie groans, “Just put the fucking gun down, you prick.” Francis listens and sets the gun down, but not without attitude. He walks out of the room shortly after, deciding to keep watch instead of dealing with everyone else. Y/N nods softly at Burling to continue whatever was happening and Burling agrees reluctantly. “I need you to hold him down.” The older man nods softly, she nods her head once before looking at Richie with soft eyes. A small tear drops down her cheek catching the boy’s eye. “I’m gonna be okay, doll.” The girl nods with a soft smile, moving to hold his arms down. “Let’s do this, English.” Richie huffs, speaking his endearing nickname for Burling.
Burling sticks the needle through Richie’s wound a couple of times as Richie hollers out and thrashes around slightly. He has a soft spot for Y/N, but he was still beyond pissed at the situation. The girl held him down the best she could, but soon was able to let go when the boy passed out from the pain. “Help me turn him over?” Burling spoke quietly, motioning for Y/N’s help. She nodded once and pushed him onto his side, seeing the much bigger wound as the bullet had gone straight through the boy. Burling proceeded to sew that hole up much easier than the front hole. He then helped wash off the blood surrounding the wound and then left him to rest on the table with his back against the wood. Burling looked over at the girl who had now realized the extent of blood that was all over her - something that she had never experienced before.
Burling progressed towards Y/N slowly, “Y/N?” He spoke softly. “Y/N?” He said again. She looked up at him as if he had snapped her out of her thoughts the second time. “Y-yes?” He tilted his head in sympathy, “Are you alright?” She nodded her head once, keeping her eye on the blood. “I just- I’ve never seen so much blood.” He nodded his head once. “Let me get something for you to clean up with.” She looked back up at him with a soft expression, nodding to say thank you.
“Burling!” Francis called out suddenly, bringing in a briefcase into the stage area where men could try on their newly made suits and buy accessories. Burling walked out of the bathroom with a wet towel, handing it to the girl who was still just standing in the doorway of the backroom where Richie laid. Burling walked out to Francis, past the girl.
“Yes, sir?” He asked politely, his thick British accent flooding the room for a moment. “I need you to watch this case well. If anything happens to it I shoot you and I shoot her.” Burling looks back at the young girl. “Sir, I don’t think I am the best choice to watch this.” Francis shakes his head. “I have to get out of here and make sure everyone made it out that could. I can’t take Richie and I can’t take the case.” Burling shakes his head again, “Sir, I am just a tailor. I am not-” Francis cuts the man off and slamming his gun into Burling's head, “Watch it or else.” Y/N turns around to look at the two men. “We’ll take care of it, Francis.” The two men look at her quickly. “Great. I’ll be back when I can. We have extra business to take care of.” Y/N steps forward, “What other business do you have here?” He scoffs, “Nothing that concerns you.” She shakes her head, “Then I guess this briefcase doesn’t concern me either.” Francis looks at the stubborn girl with anger. “Fine.” He walks forward and opens the case. There are three tapes in it. “News got to us about a rat. We need to figure out who that rat is. On top of that, resources are telling us that your father is about to pick sides and it isn’t ours.” The girl perks up, “Says who?” He shrugs. “Says the rat.” The girl looks at him with furrowed brows. “So, unless you can change your daddy’s mind, I suggest you just watch the case and fuck off.” Francis turns to walk towards the door, but it stopped again. “Francis.” She says, catching his attention. “I don’t want him to pick the Lafontaines anymore than you do.” He nods his head once in solidarity. “Let’s get this fucking rat, then.”
“What do we do now?” Y/N sighed, her chest pounding. “We just wait and hope that no one comes in.” She nodded her head softly as she moved to sit next to Burling. He sat in one of the leather chairs in the staging area turned study, sewing the sleeve onto a suit he had been working on for the past week and she was in the one right next to him, reading. The two sat like that for about an hour before a rustle came from the back room.
“Hi,” Richie smiles lightly. Burling got up quickly, pulling a chair over for Richie to sit in next to them and asking if the boy wanted a glass of water. Y/N stood up with him, insisting that the older man continue to sew as she grabbed those things for Richie herself.
Once everyone was settled in their seats again, Y/N opened her mouth. “So, Rich,” He snapped his head over to her, knowing well enough by now that her calling him ‘Rich’ usually meant something he wasn’t gonna like to hear was about to follow. “Francis told us about the rat and about my father.” Richie sighed, “Now why the hell would he tell you that.” The girl shrugged, keeping her eye on her book casually. “I made him.” He scoffed angrily, his voice sort of raising, “Y/N/I, you know I don’t want you apart of this shit!” Burling sat there quietly, listening to the conversation and feeling calmed that Richie at least seems to care about the girl enough to save her from the business her father was actually in. “Richie, I can’t just stand by and watch everyone I love get pulled into this and just do nothing!” He rolls his eyes and shakes his head, already finished with this argument. Richie looks over at Burling and decides to change the conversation - something that Y/N hated, “Hey, English?” Burling looked over at the young man. “Thanks for fixing me up.” Burling nods his head, “Of course, Sir. But you still need a doctor’s look.” Richie nods once, “Well, you at least prolonged my life for now.” The two smile in unison before turning back to what they were doing before.
“Richie.” Y/N says after a few moments of the boy clearly avoiding the conversation with her. “I’m not having this conversation with you, Y/N/I. Now, can you go fetch me a cigarette, please?” The girl looks at him with an angry look before standing up and walking over to the cigarette box. She pulls out one of the small, thin white sticks. She walks back over to Richie, standing behind him and putting the cigarette in his mouth. She grabs a lighter from the man’s suit jacket, still behind him, and pops the trigger to light the tube. He breathes in the smoke, exhaling it softly. The girl walks back over to the cigarette box, walking it over to Burling to silently ask if he wanted one. The older man shakes his head no and smiles at her compassionately. She then walks it back over, setting it down in the spot she got it from. The girl then waltzes herself back to the chair that was right next to Richie’s and she sits down. The whole time, Richie’s eyes never left her body.
“Fine.” The man groans, causing both people to look at him. “What?” The girl asks innocently. Richie rolls his eyes, tapping off the cigarette into the nearest ashtray. “There is a rat. We don’t know who it is, but they’re trying to sell information to the Lafontaines. That’s what two of the tapes are. The other tape is about your father” Y/N sat up excitedly in her chair, “Okay, okay, so what are we gonna do when we find who it is?” Richie looks over at the girl suddenly, “We aren’t going to do anything.” The girl huffs, “God, Richie, why can’t you just let me be a part of your business.” The man shakes his head, “Y/N/I, I’m not excluding you because I don’t think you're capable. I’m excluding you because I don’t want you to fucking die.” The girl furrows her eyebrows softly. She goes to open her mouth to respond, but Richie doesn’t let her. “No, I don’t want to hear you argue anymore about it. I’ll let you in on the secrets, but I-I- You’re not a killer, Y/N/I, and I won’t let you become one.” The girl moves her gaze down to the floor softly. “Okay,” She nods, finally realizing what Richie has been trying to say this whole time.
“Well, what about my father?” Richie looks over at Burling for a moment. “Burling hates him just as much as I do, Richie. You can trust him.” Richie looks over at her for a moment before nodding. “Rumor has it that your pops wants to throw us out and become a full time partner of the Lafontaines.” Y/N shakes her head, “Richie, my father would never do that. He hates nothing more than losing the upper hand and giving into one side over the other is doing just that.” Richie nods his head, “I know.” Y/N looks over at Burling for a moment, confusion written across her face. “You know?” Richie nods again. “Y/N/I, I made the rumor up.” Y/N looks over at the boy dumbfoundedly. “What?” He twirls the cigarette between his fingers. “Don’t be mad-” Richie starts, but quickly gets cut off. “Don’t say something that will make me mad then.” Richie looks over at her with tension. “I did it because I knew the rumor would start trouble for your pops.” Y/N furrows her eyebrows again. “And the trouble might, well, it might get your pops killed, Y/N/I.” Y/N’s eyes went wide. “Richie! You-you-” The boy stood up and walked to crouch in front of the girl. “Y/N/I, your father is a horrible man and that says a lot coming from a guy like me.” The boy looked all over her face as he grabbed her hands and held them tight. “I can’t stand to see him hit you or your mother again. So, I did what needed to be done.” The girl looks at him almost in tears. “Richie, what if-what if my father finds out it’s you?” Richie looks at the ground for a moment. “That’s why we have to be very delicate about the situation and about that briefcase over there.” Richie pointed his cigarette towards said case. The three of them looked at it carefully before Richie went back to his seat and Burling went back to sewing.
Y/N sighs as she stands up and walks towards the case. She clicks it open, earning a sudden glare from Richie. “Y/N/I, leave it alone.” The girl looks back over at the boy pathetically. “Come on, Richie,” The girl whines. He looks over at her sternly, standing up and holding his wound. “What’s in here that’s such a big deal?” Richie sighs, grabbing two of the tapes out with a black line drawn on them. “These will tell us about whoever the fuck has been ratting on us.” Richie grabs the last tape, “And this will tell your pops who’s been ratting on him.” Y/N nods, grabbing the tape from him. “And that rat is you?” Richie nods reluctantly, “Sort of, but not really.” She looks at him to urge him to continue. “I didn’t rat on him as much as I…” The boy trailed off uncomfortably. “As much as I put a hit on him.” Y/N looked back at the tape. “So, why don’t we just destroy it?” Richie takes the tape from the girl, “Because I have a feeling I know who the rat is and I think this tape is going to help me confirm that.” He takes the tape and walks it over to Burling.
“Say, English?” The older man looks up kindly, “Yes, Master Richie?” Richie holds out the tape towards him, “Can you hide this somewhere? I don’t want Y/N/I or I to know where it goes.” Burling grabbed the tape and nodded his head. “Head to the front room. I’ll get you when I've found my spot.” Richie nods his head, grabbing Y/N’s arm, and walking quickly to the front.
Maybe twenty minutes later, Burling lets the couple back into the middle room. They all sit back down in their original seats and stay silent. Richie is smoking, Y/N is reading, and Burling is sewing. It went on like that for almost an hour until the buzzer went off. Burling looked over at Richie, waiting for permission, and then walked to open the front door. There popped out Francis.
“English, how’s Richie doing?” Burling locks the door quickly and follows Francis into the back. “Richie.” Francis greets, ignoring Y/N’s presence as a whole. Richie looks at the man emotionless. “I found a tape player,” Francis informs as he walks towards the briefcase. Richie stands up and walks towards him as well. Francis snaps the case open and investigates the tapes slowly. “Where’s the third tape?” Richie puts his hands in his pants pockets, “What third tape?” Francis licks his lips, turning angrily towards the man with the dark slicked back hair. “Richie, don’t play with me right now. Where’s the fucking tape?” Richie shrugs his shoulders, “I think that’s for me and my pops to know only.” Francis shakes his head, chuckling to himself angrily. “Fine. I’ll just take these now and go.” Richie steps forward and slams the case back down on the table. “Or we could wait for my pops.” Francis turns to the man angrily. “Richie, I’m doing this for your pops. Now let me go take them to the tape player.” Richie nods his head smugly. “I’m sure my pops will be here any moment.” Francis shakes his head impatiently, grabbing his gun from his pocket and pointing it at Richie. “I’m taking these tapes or I’m shooting.” Richie rolls his eyes, grabbing his gun out just as quick and pointing it at Francis. “I suggest you wait for my pops, you fucking prick.” Francis scoffs, lining the gun at Richie’s head. Richie stays still, playing it as cool as he can while still worrying about Y/N. The girl moved slowly towards the third drawer furthest away from her. She moved as unnoticeably as she could and she was seemingly getting away with it.
“Put the fucking gun down, Francis.” Richie demands. “Give me the case.” Francis retorts. The two were truly at a loss. Nothing was going to change unless someone comes in or someone shoots. “You know what?” Francis begins suddenly. “I have two tapes to destroy and one to deliver.” He shrugs his shoulders and smirks devilishly at Richie’s knowing face. “So, I don’t have fucking time for this.” Francis cocks his gun quickly and then two shots go off.
Burling runs over to Y/N quickly, grabbing her as she falls to the ground - Richie doing the same. “Y/N/I?” Richie says, holding her and pulling the gun away from her. Burling grabs it quickly and puts it back in its drawer. “Y/N/I, come on. I need you to talk to me, Okay?” Y/N finally nods her head, but she is still so focused on looking at the body on the floor in front of her. “Baby, you’re safe. I’ve got you.” Richie coos, rocking Y/N softly. “I-I-” Tears start to fall down her face. “I didn’t mean to become a-a-to be a killer.” The tears get heavier as Richie thinks about what he said a couple hours ago. “I just didn't want him to hurt you.” The girl turns to look at the boy in his sparkling brown eyes. “Y/N/I, darling,” Richie stops to wipe the tears off her face. “You aren’t a killer, you were just protecting me, okay?” Y/N turns away and looks back at Francis’ body. “Y/N/I, I need you to repeat that back to me, okay? I need you to tell me you aren’t a killer and you were just protecting me.” Richie makes the girl turn to look him in the eyes again. She nods her head softly, letting her tears calm down. “I-I’m not a killer, I was just protecting y-you.” She nods again and moves to look down at the ground. Richie watches her as she does so and then pulls her to engulf her in a hug. “I love you, Y/N Taylor.” The girl listens as the boy she’s been seeing professes his love for her for the first time verbally. She looks up at him softly, “You love me?” He smiles and grabs her cheeks, “Yeah. I love you.” She smiles softly, “I love you too.”
“Y/N, Master Richie? I hate to interrupt the lovely moment, but there is a matter of dealing with the body…” The two turn towards Burling quickly and then look at Francis. “Y/N/I, you go up front and wait for my pops. English and I can handle this.” Y/N looks at him, nodding her head slowly, and walking out front. Burling shuts the door and moves to grab a towel for the blood. “Do you think he’s actually dead, English?” Richie says, looking at the body suspiciously. “I don’t know, Sir.” The two look at each other with concern before grabbing the body and moving it to go out back. They drop the body and Richie pulls out his gun. He points it at Francis’ head and then turns to Burling with a smirk, “I’m gonna enjoy this shot, English.” Richie turns back to the man on the ground. “God, he’s put my family through so much hell and Y/N through even more than that.” English looks at Richie empathetically for a moment. Then he watches carefully as Richie finally pulls the trigger, letting the bullet destroy Francis’ skull.
The two walk back in silently, prepared to get the Boyle family’s cover up crew to go out back and take care of the mess. Richie proceeds to shoo Burling off to be with Y/N as he cleans up the mess by himself. He cleans up the mess carefully and then walks over to the sink and cleans himself off the best he can. The boy looks up at himself in the mirror for a moment before rubbing his face and walking out as he combs his hair back with his fingers.
“Alright, Y/N/I, everything’s fine now-” Richie stops in his steps when he looks up to see a couple of men holding Y/N and Burling with guns to their heads. “You really have grown into quite a young business man, Richie.” The dark voice compliments. “It’s such a shame that you chose to waste such potential on my little girl.” Y/N scoffs quietly, earning a glare from her father. “That’s enough out of you, Y/N. Now come here.” The guard lets go of the pretty girl, watching carefully as she walks over to her father’s side. “Look at me, girl.” She moves her head upward to look her father in the eyes just as he swings his hand back and hits her across her face. Richie moves to help the girl up from the fall she just had, but is quickly stopped by the multiple guns pointed at him. “I knew I couldn’t trust you yet, but your mother insisted.” He pauses. “Now, you both will have to pay.” Y/N looks up at her father from the ground, “No, please!” She cries, “Don’t hurt mom, just me, please!” Tears well up in her eyes as her father grabs her up from the ground aggressively. “That’s enough.” He pushes her back into the corner angrily. “Burling, over to my daughter.” Burling nods softly and walks over to grab her, pulling her back into the middle room and out of sight.
Burling pulls the doors shut then walks over to the girl carefully, “Quiet now, I have a plan.” Y/N looks at him with worried eyes, but nods her head regardless and walks with the older gentleman.
Meanwhile, Richie is getting laid into by Mr. Taylor. “I don’t know what to do with you, Richie.” Two of the three guards are now holding tight onto the young man. “I could kill you.” Taylor pauses. “I want to kill you. Especially to punish that no good daughter of mine.” Richie scoffs. “You can’t kill me.” Taylor chuckles at the boy’s confidence. “No, Richie, I can’t.” He pauses again. “But I can hurt you.” Taylor takes one step closer, “Really,” and another, “Really,” one more, “Bad.”
Richie yells out as Taylor moves to cut into the boy’s skin. Y/N turns quickly, being stopped by Burling as she could ruin the plan. The girl nods slightly with tears in her eyes. Richie continues to yell out horribly as Burling and Y/N try to quietly move around and gather the weapons that Burling has hidden in his shop. “Y/N, darling, are you sure you want to do this?” Y/N turns to look at Burling, nodding, “I’ll take care of my father if you can grab the other two.” Burling nods at the girl once before letting the two burst out the doors.
Burling shoots at the men holding Richie, giving the boy enough time to grab the gun in his pocket and shoot one of them dead, Burling shooting the other one. Y/N shoots the man protecting her father in the arm and leg, letting Richie turn swiftly and shooting him in the chest. Leaving Mr. Taylor completely vulnerable. The man scoffs arrogantly, “What do you think you’re going to do, Y/N?” He shakes his head and walks closer to the girl with the gun pointed at him. “You won’t kill your own father.” The girl takes this as her chance to scoff this time. “I can’t wait to dance on your grave.” She says through gritted teeth, pulling the trigger quickly and shooting her father in the neck. The older man falls to the ground with his hand wrapped around his neck, gasping for air. He grabbed his neck immediately, falling to the floor. Richie walks over to Y/N slowly, then he pulls his gun up and points it at him.
“Don’t.” She says, “He deserves to die in a slow and painful way.”

The beautiful (Y/H/C) girl sat still at the front of her father’s tailor shop. She played receptionist for the little cover up business that was only a block away from her apartment and maybe a twenty minute drive from the mansion her father owned. The shop served as a spot for one of the two largest mob families in the city to carry out payments to and from other businesses for their own organization. The shop that this doll seemingly ran was for the Boyle family on the North side. There was an almost identical tailor shop on the South side for the Boyle Family’s competitors, the Lafontaines. Maxwell Taylor, the father of this beautiful young thing, made it known to his daughter and adoring wife that they were to play both sides for the power and the money that came from it. At first, Y/N didn’t understand why they never choose sides, but the (Y/H/C)’s kind mother consistently explained until it finally stuck. She was only nine back then, having grown to be the ripe age of twenty now.
So, she sat in the shop. The shop that her father hated her to be in, not wanting his only legacy to be killed. Well, Y/N didn’t think that was totally it. She was almost positive the real reason why he didn’t want her around this shop was because of the boy similarly aged to her - Richie Boyle. Richie was one of the few children she saw regularly throughout her whole childhood. He was five years older than her, always being the perfect age for her to have the biggest crush on him. The poor girl had let the crush slip once to her father only for her to get berated verbally afterwards and then sent to bed while her father proceeded to beat her mother for letting such a thing happen. After that, Y/N quickly learned that any crushes she had were to be secrets for no one but herself to know.
For a while, Y/N stayed away from the shop. Especially after the incident that happened when she was thirteen. She had gone to the shop with her father for a day - neither one realizing today was the day that Roy Boyle, Richie’s dad and the head of the Boyle Family, was showing Richie the ropes. Y/N awkwardly smiled and waved at the freshly eighteen year old boy earning a stern pull into the backroom with her father. He yelled at her loud enough that everyone in the shop could hear his screams. The two exited the room shortly after. The young girl had tear stains down her cheeks and her dignity was surely out the window. That was the day that Y/N decided she hated her father. Not because of the embarrassment that came with being yelled at or the fact that he grabbed her by the neck in the middle of his screaming because he couldn’t grab his gun to point at her instead. No, it was because her mother was once again beaten for a crush Y/N had. She remembered seeing her mother after the one sided argument the two had and seeing the blood all over her mother. That woman took everything just to save Y/N from all the pain.
Years later, Y/N’s father finally accepted that his little girl wasn’t so little anymore. He sent her off with a huge daily allowance and her own apartment close enough to his shop that he could still keep a close eye on her. He had guards stationed in and around her apartment building at all times and eventually made the executive decision to let Y/N run the shop on the North. This was the best way he could make sure his asset was safe while making her feel like she was free - despite clearly being a part of his little prison sentence still.
So, Y/N sat at the secretary's desk all day long. She answered the phone when it rang, greeted the guests who walked in, watched deliveries go in and out, took notes when needed, and read magazines for hours. She did as she was told, in the habit of protecting her mother, and pretended her “freedom” was real.
The door dinged as it opened, revealing the guard that stood just outside the doorway nonchalantly as he opened the door for two of the shop’s regulars. One man, with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes stepped in first. He has a gray trench coat on and a matching gray suit underneath. He wore a fedora on his head and a gun in his pocket. Behind the man, was a second one. This man had dark brown hair and ever changing brown eyes that bewildered Y/N’s. He wore a priceless smile that came with a sparkle. His suit was black and his trench coat was tan. He, too, had a fedora on his head and a gun in his pocket. Y/N looked up at the two men and smiled politely before turning back to her magazine as they picked up their latest cash payment.
“Y/N.” Francis, the dirty blonde man, spoke after a few moments of rummaging around the back. “Mhm?” The girl hummed, not looking over to the man once. He scoffed slightly, turning to Richie, the brunette, in annoyance. “You’re supposed to look at a man when he addresses you.” Francis spoke sternly. The (Y/H/C) girl turned her head away from her magazine and looked the man in his eyes, “I don’t believe a man addressed me.” Francis moves forward angrily, moving to grab Y/N. Richie stops him and pulls the man back quickly as Y/N stands up and steps back from the mobster. “Francis, I’ll meet you outside.” Richie orders. Francis releases his shoulders and walks out after giving Y/N an additional glare.
“What the hell was that, (Y/F/I)?” Richie speaks softly while still looking at Y/N sternly. She shrugged her shoulders, walking closer to the man before her. “Come on, you know he can’t touch me.” The girl says all too confidently as she grabs the collar of the man’s jacket and flattens it out perfectly. Richie looks down at the girl carefully, “Just because he can’t hurt you doesn’t mean he won’t.” She looked up at him, glancing at his lips for only a moment. “You’ve got money to deliver, Mr. Boyle.” Richie rolls his eyes, grabbing ahold of the girl’s waist. “Mr. Boyle?” The man teases, “That wasn’t what you called me last night.” The boy smirks as he sinks his head down, moving to connect their lips. The girl lets him fill the space between them for a moment before pushing him back and moving to sit back in her chair. “See you around, Richie.” She says, not giving the man another look as he leaves the building with a smirk.
“Take the girl to a passion pit and leave the family out of it.” Francis sighs as the two gentlemen walk away from the shop to walk back to their main building. “You’re just sour that you can’t pull a girl like her.” Francis scoffs, “The only thing I’m sour about is how I’m out there getting marbles shot at me while you’re playing house with the Taylor daughter.” Richie stops and puts his finger accusingly on the man’s chest. “I’m not playing house with anyone, Francis.” The two stand across from each other for a moment, each exchanging angry glares. “What’s your pops gonna say when he finds out that his son is too busy getting fast with Taylor’s daughter to take care of business?” Richie shakes his head, walking forward, “You’re a fucking prick.” Francis grinds his teeth together, walking to catch up with his boss’s son. The two travel back in silence, stepping into the Boyle household quietly.
“Richie! Francis!” Roy greets enthusiastically, greeting his son with a hug. “Where the hell have you two been?” Richie hands his father the money without a word, trying to non verbally tell his father. “Richie’s been out fondling the Taylor daughter.” Richie turns his head, “Y/N. Her name is Y/N.” Francis scoffs, “Who the fuck cares what her fucking name is?” Roy steps in between the two men that both have a hand on their firearms. “Richie. Is this true?” His father speaks strongly. The two stand down as Richie nods his head softly. “That’s wonderful!” Roy says gladly, leaving Francis completely shocked. Richie looks at his father for a moment, waiting for him to explain, “What’s wonderful, pops?” Roy grabs Richie’s shoulder and turns so that he can see Francis’ face as well. “I’ve been trying to get Taylor on our side exclusively for years. This might be the push he needs.” Richie’s eyes grow wide and he starts to shake his head, “No, no, no, no.” Roy furrows his eyebrows angrily. “No? What do you mean ‘No’, son?” Richie shakes his head again, “Pops, Y/N’s dad isn’t as excited about Y/N and I’s involvement...” Richie watches as his father nod slowly, before scoffing, “Then make him excited.”
