I went to NOHO, to experience the immersive matcha at 12 Matcha Cafe. The story of this matcha goes back to 180 years ago when a family opened a matcha farm in Japan. Matcha was prepared right in front of you by an employee, using traditional tools. As a bonus, water used to make matcha was meticulously cleaned by active charcoal as well as infused by it, so the matcha also contains a bitter note of charcoal as well which further complimented the aroma. Highly recommend.
