Chiharu’s No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe from Chapter 4
Here is the “Rare Cheesecake” recipe Chiharu gave to Sakura in Chapter 4. Tomoyo’s speech bubble on the first page blocks of part of the recipe so I can’t tell how many grams of each ingredient of the batter is required, but it’s honestly very similar to this kind of Japanese no-bake style cheesecake recipe.

The Recipe in English
How to Make “Rare Cheesecake”
Base Biscuits [note: these would be like “cookies” or perhaps “graham crackers” in American English]… 50g Butter… 40g Topping Blueberry Sauce or Strawberry Sauce, Honey, etc. Batter Cream cheese Fresh cream Sugar Lemon juice Gelatin Honey ① Crush the biscuit cookies with a rolling pin. ② Microwave the butter and [cut off but most likely: add it to the biscuits] you crushed in step ① ③ Spread (the mixture from) step ② in the cake mould. Put plastic wrap on the bottom of a cup or similar item and use it to stamp down (the mixture) so that it becomes hardened. ④ In a microwave-safe container, (dissolve) powdered gelatin in water and microwave it. Put the cream cheese in a bowl. Knead well until it becomes smooth. Add the sugar into the fresh cream (or you can use honey instead). Mix until it forms little peaks, then add it to the cream cheese before pouring in the lemon juice. Next add in the gelatin you soaked with water and microwaved in step ④ . Strain the mixture with a sieve and pour it into the mould. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 ~3 hours and let it set. If you like, top it with fruit or mint or drizzle with fruit sauce and enjoy. -Chiharu-
The anime finally let the other amounts be clear thankfully :D I… really want to try and make this.
So: 50g Graham Crackers (¼ cup) 40g Butter (1/3 cup)
200g Cream cheese (1 cup) 200cc Fresh cream (1 cup) 40g Sugar (1/3 cup) 2 tablespoons Lemon juice 10g Gelatin (About 3 teaspoons and ¼th a teaspoon) 80g Honey (2/3 cup)
I’ve used a recipe I found on a CrunchyRoll site and a fan site. It took a bit of time, but the results were amazing! I loved the flavor, even with the fresh strawberries or strawberry sauce I made! If I made it again, I’d probably either use sugar-free graham crackers or a brand of biscuits that doesn’t have the sugar sprinkled on top. I think the sugar topped crackers were the reason why it the final result tasted a bit too sweet. But the coffee or tea I had (to drink) with my cheesecake cut the extra sweetness, but everyone’s results of their cheesecakes may vary.
But the overall experience was great, and I made it a second time. I think I’ll make it again to share with my Mom one day, but I’ll wait until the weather’s cleared and not covered in snow and such! But I highly recommend giving this recipe a try to those who love cheesecake and those who likes trying recipes from fictional series.
