It’s holding your gaze a beat too long and lettin my look say come here without ever needing to out loud. It’s soft kisses to your temple as I pass behind you. Murmured check-ins that sound like affection but carry my intentions to keep you close.

Never too far from you. Never unaware of you. Not control but care. Not force but consistent presence.
