問到佢轉工嘅原因

佢指人工太低

呢個答案又令我重新對自己嘅工作思考

究竟人工多少重要啲

定同事同老闆相處起嚟重要啲？

其實呢個係一門學問

自問我未咁深思熟慮

但我好慶幸自己有一班會群策群力嘅同事

起碼唔會有事就互相射波

而且有個算係體諒嘅上司

無論做成點佢都會以勉勵取代責備

我覺得呢樣嘢真係好重要

而講到最尾其實都係自己習慣咗

離開唔到自己嘅舒適圈
