burnout just keeps getting more fuel i can't recover from this can I. do I just let it consume me and give up

finally got some potential good news. please let this work out

also every time i try go out do a thing for fun event it somehow goes wrong and ruin it all for me I shouldn't even try any more I can't take more disappointment and the accompanying panic and anxiety and stress from when thing go wrong im just too burnt out to handle it any more I don't get to enjoy thing bc im too autistic to fit in with anywhere in the world any more bc the stupid burn out i hate this i hate myself for getting burn out i hate myself for not getting better I hate myself for failing every thing I need to do im a disappointment to my family and friends and society

damnnnnn really fell hard into the self hatred burnout. so frustrated with myself. I want to be my normal self again but not getting chances to get out of burnout there's too much to do that relies on me doing it no other option im screwed im scared ill be burn out forever and I hate myself for it
