Royal Mail reveals Doctor Who stamps

The collection marks the 50th anniversary of sci-fi show Doctor Who, with all 11 Doctors getting their own first class stamp.

Four of the show’s most notorious villains, including the Daleks and the Cybermen, star on the second class set.

The show first ran from 1963 to 1989. A successful revival returned it to Saturday night schedules in 2005.

The official Doctor Who story synopsis for the fourth episode of Series 7, The Power of Three, has been released.

The Doctor and the Ponds puzzle an unlikely invasion of Earth, as millions of sinister black cubes arrive overnight, almost like presents falling from the sky.

But what are they, what’s inside them and most importantly, who sent them? With the international community at a loss, it’s left to the Doctor to unearth who is behind the mystery.

It’s written by Chris Chibnall and guest stars Mark Williams, Steven Berkoff and Jemma Redgrave.

It will air Saturday 22 September.

Okay, I’m not going to say he’s the Master as many people are doing, since that theory has been thrown about since 2005 for every male character, and it’s getting a little boring. So lets ignore that theory for a moment. Here’s a list of things that don’t quite add up about Mr. Pond.
