Headcanon #7 (Sexy Time part 3)
Eleven often acts like an eight year old trapped in the body of an adult. He is more socially awkard than his immediate predecessors and lacks a sense of easy confidence in his physicality with women, and men too. That is, until River. Once Eleven starts interacting more with River he starts to relax a bit and consider that sex isn't necessarily the loving idea tied only to fidelity that Nine had, nor is it a tool that he wants to use for his own entertainment like Ten.
Eleven falls somewhere in the middle. Because under that persona of a dorky child is a lonely, angry man. He saw what damage showing that side of himself could do to the people around him so he kept it hidden, only showing up when the people he loved were hurt. Then River loved him. River loved him and he loved River and sex became a part of saying "I love you and I hate you and you infuriate me but I love you" to that infuriating woman who was hell on high heels.
Eleven is very dominant, which would surprise some people.
Headcanon #6 (Sexy Time part 2)
Ten is very physical and very comfortable with this. He snogs Madame de Pompadour for crying out loud! He knows sex and uses flirting the same as any other human does. He isn't bothered by other people's labels or restrictions. He does whatever he feels like at that moment. He's far more spontaneous than Nine and is unsurprisingly a switch, depending on who his partner is at the time.

When Nine destroyed Gallifrey to end the Time War, he was the Time Lord equivalent of a sixteen year old boy. And a sixteen year old boy forced to kill his entire family and race(or so he thought). All he has left from Gallifrey is his TARDIS, and pocketwatch he keeps with the names of his parents and sisters in it.
