deadlift or die
despite my complete lack of recording my workouts for the past several weeks, i HAVE been working out regularly! my short workout after work yesterday:
deadlifts 5 x 105 3 x 125 3 x 135 2 x 155 1 x 175 1 x 175
[5 rounds] 6 push-ups 5 x 105 deadlifts 3 pull-ups
super excited to pull 175 lbs on my deadlift! it’s not an all-time PR for me, but the last time i pulled anything like that was pushing three years ago i’d guess. 200 club, here i come! and obviously my push-ups and pull-ups need a lot of work, but i’ll get there.
