It's the little things in life.. Today I took my littles to the beach. We haven't been in a while, packed some fruits, Pb&J's and a few items from the kitchen to dig with we were there for about 5 hours. They ran around playing in the sand and water theee entire time, high tide brought in some crabs and fish so we could play🦀🐟🦀🐟 they had such a great time!! When I wasn't being the worry wort mom that I am making sure Brax didn't swim too far out and Zoey took the crabs out of her mouth before they pinched her🙈 I got to just relax and watch them be❤️ it was amazing! By far my favorite fitness tip.. When I was working a 9-5 and had just had my baby I honestly felt like I had zero❌ time to workout for 30 minutes a day😢 let alone the energy... I found if you break it up into 3-4 10 minutes sessions i.e. Walking stairs at lunch or on my breaks (ALWAYS choosing to take the stairs!over the escalators or elevators.) Parking further away from the building. The simple things add up and can make a BIG difference.
