how do you need to be loved?

i think about it all the time ....... how gojou was literally so blind to see suguru slowly slipping into a deep madness on one hand hes focused on himself to make himself stronger from the fight with toji that he literally died from, focusing on perfecting his infinity so its auto than manual but in the meantime hes going on all these missions himself leaving suguru alone and behind

whether satoru liked it or not it was becoming from ‘we’re the strongest’ into a spiraling of ‘im the strongest with my partner’

but on the other hand he probably did notice but hes a teenager not exactly how to respond to the destruction of sugurus moral compass to lecturing satoru from ‘we exist to protect those without jujutsu abilities’ into ‘i will create a world with only sorcerers kill the monkeys’ like satoru shouldve known something was up maybe distancing himself was the key? or maybe just buying souvenirs and going off about his trips to try and act like he was there but u know ):

how he ended up shocked that suguru murdered a village of ppl ,,, it blows his mind and that was sugurus way of burning that bridge between them but to gojou its still up ,, rly frayed but even with suguru leaving he truly thinks theyre still friends even tho he feels so betrayed
